Its been a lonely lonely Christmas.. lonely lonely Christmas... Sitting at home , sleeping and facebook to accompany me for the whole day only.
Every year Christmas is used to be like this. Well, next week is the Nation Wide New Year, going to say Goodbye to year 2009 and welcome to Year 2010. Still planning where to celebrate the welcome year 2010 now, or just follow back to last year at Bukit Bintang again,,? See the fireworks..
Its been a tough tough 3 month working in Giant from my first day until now. Everyday is chasing buying income and also chasing for the sales budget. My boss and i doing for the revamp with supplier for 3 stores image now as we planned, also been taking long long time for it. Because we're cannot concentrate on follow up to collect the layout from supplier only, and we have many many others things is need to pass up it on time.
Time arrangement is very important to CM in here, no matter how well u can arrange to your schedule, the time is still not enough for u to carry on all the things u suppose to finish it.
Next year is my year to perform, all the sales figure, profit budget, buying income collection all is 100% result evaluate on me already, next year will gonna be even tougher than this year. I gotta speed up on bringing in more brands of supplier and also to strengthen the IT multi Media department for better sales generating for E1.
I got a Feeling...hoohoo.. its the nite gonna be a good good nite... feel it..

Busiest December month
This week friday and last week friday supposing is holiday, everyone dont need to go back office. However, this two week friday i still going back to office.
The time given is not enough for me to finish all my stuff within that four day a week. Thus, even though friday is holiday but i still coming back to office to finish the important things. In addition, even getting fever and sick also not dare to take MC because there are no others else can help me to settle it.
Really really busy for this December month, it is the year end closing, every department is chasing for the buying income, preparing for the CNY sales for West malaysia, East Malaysia and also for Brunei.
It is not easy to sitting at my current chair, so much of responsibility given to me and the task has never can easy for me as well. Nonetheless, ppl always say if there are the challenge, it might push you becomes tougher and growth higher than your current. When i think back of this theory, it is true also. So, i always force myself not to taking any break, and the goal is still very far.. i might need to narrow the distance to the goal as soon as possible. Because when i finished the first round in the game, the second round is still waiting me to break over it again.
Dreaming of getting the new perodua MPV Alza full spec now, targeting to get it by next year before June, gotta pay more attention and work harder harder to fight for higher income on next year. " Alza" soon i'll getting you to mine,...ok

Defeated by sick again///
Finally get defeated by sick again, Fever.. sore throat.. flu, all come together in the same time... Summore pressure will never end also in everyday.
Yesterday Friday suppose to on leave because of selangor prince birthday. But still going back to office do my stuff. Even i did it, but also cannot finish all the things on yesterday. Then today i was thinking to go back office again, but sick now.. cannot go
Yesterday was really adventurous, cant believe that i am the last person who going back from office at 8.30pm. All rooms is closed their light, and the office is so silent on that moment.

Company BBQ Dinner
Really unbelievable that GMS team was the last in the kiosk competition in last Friday. When the time of judges announced our GMS team is the last, i was on the way bringing the cooking equipment and all the tables going back to office. Because i helping the team to cleared the things after finished the competition. When i get back to the kiosk, Amy was told me that the judges announced our GMS team is the last in this competition.
When i heard about this news, quite surprising that myself dont feel any sad about that, it seems like i already expected the result is like this at the begining. When the first glance that i look at our GMS Shanghai Tan kiosk, and compare with others department, our kiosk is looks nothing special enough. Somemore the performance and the food that other department made for the judges, is really nice.
It was terrible to our team performance, last minute changed plan, and the karaoke system didnt test well before we perform. When the time of judges came, the music cannot play, and let the judges waited so long, finally all the judges losing their patient to waiting us anymore.
It was really sad, the first session didnt did well, thus the first performance we did it again in the second session during the time when judges come to testing our food. Suppose the second session is my time to presenting, however i had get called to standby at behind the stage, at the end i dont present anything to the judges. Because its already not enough time for me to present anymore.
Haih..! i been practiced the songs to play for the judges, but at the end presented nothing for my team. Suddenly i felt myself is being extra person in the kiosk only. Even though i dressed up like the performer, but i dont even can present myself in the kiosk. Sad.. sad.. sad..
Alrite, hopefully next year we able to beat all team, at least dont be the last being announce by the judges.

BrainStorm..!
Headache.. headache..., coming soon on 4th Dec will going to have a company Annual BBQ dinner. Its a kind of open air concept with some presentation during the party. The party will be gather with all different dishes of the stall right beside the swimming pool.
Well, this is my first time to join to my current company annual dinner, and its also my first time to have such a different open air concept of annual BBQ dinner.
It would be the top management being the judges to test the food in all different department food stall, and also every department will going to have a presentation with singing and dancing.
Well, my boss has chosen me again to perform for the team. OMG, me again..! This year our team theme is Shanghai Tan, is all chinese culture. But our stall has selected as a Carlberg corner, to serve beer to all the guests on that nite. Thus our GMS gals will going to dress up with all China gown Cheongsam and being as a Carlsberg gal to match with the theme.
While the judges coming in to test our food, then it is the time to me to present my guitar section. Im still brainstorm of what songs i going to play, and what song is the suitable to our theme during the judges eating in our corner. Sigh...again.. Sang Nao Jing oohhh..!
Tomorrow monday have to bring my guitar to office to show my colleague what songs is the best to play during that day. Hopefully this year we can present the best and we able to get some award on the presentation, we want to win..! Yeah..

My time with New Project
Time past fast, and i already working with "Giant" about 1 and 1/2 month. Even though it just a short period i been with this company, but i already involved in few project with Giant now.
New Store opened in Johore Nusa Bestari, and coming soon another store opening in Mesra Mall Terengganu, and next month to be open again in Port Klang supermartket store. Beside the new store open, my boss has planned to revamp 3 stores in the same time, it is the Plentong , Ulu Klang, and Kinrara Hyper store.
I never thought that i was so fast have to follow up with those new store project since i joined to this company just a very short time at this moment. Last time in Jasco i also had taken quite a long time then only do the new store. Its so horrible in Giant, almost every month is opening a new store within Malaysia.
I know my current company is the leading of Hyper market in Malaysia at the moment, and the company also wish to sustain the leading position in Malaysia until forever. Thats why they keep opening new store in everywhere to fight off to our competitors.
And i wish my current employment with Giant also can be stronger and stronger to sustain my position in the buying market as well...LOL :-)

My Sales Conference 2010
There was a sales conference 2010 in johor Pulai Spring resort on Tuesday until Thursday. This is my first time been to the company sales conference. It was a nice trip overall in Pulai. Morning started the conference until evening. During the conference, there is no one is allow to falls asleep at your seat. There will be two camera men is shooting the picture in the Hall. If you get caught in the shooting, then they will show up your sleeping picture infront of the projector to all 521 people. It would be ambarrasing to you.
Wow, luckily i didnt get caught in shooting by the camera men. Actually i also cannot tahan to fall asleep in the conference. I was keep on yawning at my seat and cant even pay 100% concentrate to all teams presentation.
This time trip to Pulai is feeling good, because it looks like going travel to outstation. A good resort accomodation, nice view and nice entertainment for us in this trip. We can even have a special door gift from the company for this conference somemore. We all get a tower fan, a cooking pot, and a handbag. How nice was it.
Beside the gift, there is the lucky draw entitle to us. The first prize is to win a Proton Persona. It was won by a supermarket manager from a store. Wow, how nice was it leh... but for me, there is nothing i had win in this lucky draw..Urghh..!
I was selected to present a performance during the first night in karaoke section. There was 17 teams participated to this performance. My team didnt win to the grand price, but is just in between of the the first three and the bottom three, duno what ranking to us. Because they didnt announced also.
There are two night we enjoyed our entertainment maximum until mid nite 2am. Thus, the second day we are feeling tired and even when the time we on the way going home also felt very sleepy.
Wish to participate again to next year conference 2011.

My first time Driving to Genting
Still remember during the CNY this year, i was go to genting with Chew & Darry. Just we 3 person purposely go up to genting is for gambling. However, Darry and i was lose the money to uncle Lim, just that Chew he one person win the money only, so he buy the cable car & Bus ticket for us to go down KL for free.
However, 31/10 we was about 9 person went to genting again. This time is not purposely go for gambling, but this time is for relaxing and for fun only. And i am also had tried my first time of drive my car to go Genting. It was thrilled and exciting enough.
When i goes up from down the genting , it wasn't so tough, but when we goes down from the hill, it was so much tough tough enough for me. Because the way we goes down from genting the road is sloping, and we cannot keep picking the brake, otherwise the brake will burn.
Well, it was a nice experienced for me in this trip. This time we go in to Casino at 1.30am mid night, there was 5 person : Guan, Siang, Darry , Choon & I goes in to the casino only, the rest were slept early. We were 5 person goes in, but only one person playing, and he has win the game this time. Hundred bucks he was win from uncle Lim. And the second morning he were bought us everyone a starbuck coffee. (Thanks Darry )
Many time we been to genting, but never goes in to the First World ghost house (Ripley believe It or Not) But this time we did, there is RM18 per person. It took about 40 minutes for us to experienced the ghost house game only. Wei Bin and Darry was felt scary to the game when the time we playing. HAHA..! Overall its nice also!
The first day we arrived, we had our dinner at Coffee Terrace restaurant for almost 4 hours. We were sitting there taking so many round of the food. Its really so much food to eat in this restaurant. But i cant finish it in one time now. Hopefully next time we can come again to try others dishes.
This time we eaten the buffet dinner in this Coffee Terrace but wasn't spent so much. Because we met Sin yee at genting, and her Meal allowance card is still have RM 300 balance left for October, hence she used her card to paid for 6 person, and another 3 person we just share the cost with ourselves loh... everyone is just spent around RM 15 only. Good..! nice dinner with cheap price.
This time we were go with our car, so we can drop by to the temple at half way when we going back to KL. We able to see the monk story 18 Lor Han. And there is a big big Guan Yin & RU Lai Fou at the temple there. Really cant believe that the malay guys also going to the temple see our chinese Buddha as well. We were took many many photo in the trip until my camera battery also can totally finished. Then we only can use Darry's camera during the time we in the temple.
Now waiting for next year Bangkok or Vietnam trip on March... Guys, waiting you..

Cant waiting for next Sourcing trip oversea..
Suppose this week we having a trip going to China sourcing for the new merchandise for our own department to upgrade the assorment and also in terms of sales. However due to i am still new in the department currently, thus i cannot go first and i need to do more preparation before going there for sourcing. My boss Amy also is just promoted as my senior category manager to the electrical department, thus she also dont go to China sourcing in this time.
Previously Amy from shoes department, hence she dont have much knowledge on this electrical side since she just transfered two month ago. Even though she previously from shoes department, dont know anything about electrical merchandise, but in terms of the management to the whole business and a whole department process, she is very clear and good handling into it. I found myself still have many many many more areas is need to learn from her in this time now.
One year GMS have two time go china sourcing. In march one time, and October one time normally. This time i had missed, then have to wait until next year March. What i need to do at this moment is to get everythings done well in the department, and get more things prepared for next China sourching trip to Guang Zhou.
Well, the farest trip that i been travel in my life is to Bali only. No others countries that i had gone before. Now i am so desperating and cant help waiting for next year March coming soon, so that i can go China for once. Normally when they go Guang Zhou, not much place that we can go, normally they just go all over the factory and the manufacturer industry to do the sourcing and survey to the new production and try to bring that technology back to Malaysia. This is what Amy told me in the office.
Almost near one month i had joined to this new company now, i gotta be perform my capability in very very short period now. Suppose my probation is for 6 month, but i do hope i can perform my capability to the management within this 3 month, so that the management can confirm my position in sooner, and i able to enhoy full of bonus on next year start onwards. Leven you gotta do it...!

Work OT..!
Its been two weeks working with the new company and new colleagues, Sofar so Good. The second week in the office its really really a busiest moment and it was a tough tough project to me for the passed few days.
I need to follow up the the schematic planning, merchandise ordering planning, image corner liase with suppliers to the new stores opening in johore skudai, collection of buying income from supplier, promotion for the advertisement in west, east malaysia and also the Brunei.
It has accumulated so many of the paper works for me to do within the week, suddenly receive a letter from the Dragon jester (music CDs) counter said would like to close down and totally removed all his counter out from all stores selling floor now. Urgghh..! what the hell with this supplier, they only giving us two month notice to find another replacement to occupy their empty place after they removed.
Its Only one letter to us, then we should bearing all what his want to do. No matter how we reject or control them also cannot edy, because their company would like to close down the all retail department from now. Then no more sales team can approaching us in future already.
Haih.. sitting with my current position, it not that easy also, many problem to be settle and never have even one second for u to relax and sitting on the chair. I started to work OT everyday now, its from 9am until 8pm or 9pm then only go home. Its almost similar as what i practicing in my previous company lah..!
Well, i still can adapt to it, because i had use to do it since i join JASCo, and luckily now is still in single status, not commitment, if i have the galfriend now, im sure that my galfriend cannot be tahan me of everyday is just working working only never giving any time to her also... :-P

My Life of first week with New Firm..!
Been One week working with my new company and my new boss, but i dont really know how to describe my feeling towards the passed one week my working life in the office.
Well, my boss everyday also telling me the one things, that i dont have the time to learn the things in here, but i force to catch up everything in very very soonest to help her on the department matter.
Whats difficult is the system in the company. Because different company might have different of the working system and the process of every procedure is also different with what i did in my passed company.
I actually have the idea of what i want to do, but i still need the time of learning how my idea can work together with their system on the sales and the profit as well.
The third days i in this new company, started can feel the pressure and the task can said is totally more than my previous company i work for. Luckily i have an assistant who able to assist me on the system and she was very long with this company already, thats why she can help me a lot on it. Hopefully everything is smooth and fast catching up by me in the department...

Whats difficult is the system in the company. Because different company might have different of the working system and the process of every procedure is also different with what i did in my passed company.
I actually have the idea of what i want to do, but i still need the time of learning how my idea can work together with their system on the sales and the profit as well.
The third days i in this new company, started can feel the pressure and the task can said is totally more than my previous company i work for. Luckily i have an assistant who able to assist me on the system and she was very long with this company already, thats why she can help me a lot on it. Hopefully everything is smooth and fast catching up by me in the department...

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri
Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri...
Today is raya, most of the malay frens has gone back to their hometown for their raya celebration already. We can see the whole street is getting so quietly now. Not much ppl walking down the street.
All the office ladies & and office gentlemen also getting off & in raya holiday now. Suddenly mom feels like interested to go praying at Thean Hou temple this morning, thus after i had my breakfast, then fetch mom to Thean Hou temple.
I reached there about 12.45pm. This hour the sun is around the middle on top of our head, so that we are under the shiny sun can felt really hot. Coz today is not much ppl going to Thean Hou temple, so that the roads towards to Thean Hou temple is not so congested. Then this time i parked my car at up there. So dont need to walk so far.
Even though today is not a seasonal day, but we still can see quite many ppls is coming here for praying. Its too my surprise, if you have the heart, anytime u also can go praying here, i eventually understand the meaning now.
Next Saturday is the Mooncake festival, hopefully to get some free time to drop by here and praying again.

A sentence from Dryden that i read today : " What would u define your health & your safe living, is it considering as an coincidently or it is suppose to have in yours..?
Alrite, i would define this meaning is essential myself go to chase for it and derive it with my effort.
An healthy & a safe living is not automatically comes to you if u didnt putting your effort to catch with it. A healthy life and a safe living is only give to a person who is putting effort, and the person who knowing how treasure it so much.
I still remember a words expressed from Dryden last time, Do we believe in god..? sometimes we would hear ppl saying that the god is not fair to everyone, the god only fair to those lucky person instead to everyone.
However, the mentioned as above is a kind of negative thinking from some ppls. What if we think on the positive side, if u are doesnt deserve a good treating or a good things in your life currently, it does not mean u will never can deserve it in future. The god is actually still thinking what is in better things that he can give to you in the comings days. It just a time given from the god to you, testing you whether you can wait for the better things comes to you when in the right.
Well, its true that sometimes we missed out this opportunity, we will get back some others things which is even better or its more suitable for u in your life when you had deserve it. We should always working hard and find the way to overcome obstacle in our life. There will never have a things is always coincidently or it suppose to come to you everytime in our life.
Putting effort is the more reality to see the brighther future. Of course putting effort doesnt means guarantee u will see the future of yours, but i also do believe if i never putting my effort for sure it guarantee that a bright future never comes to me as well.

A daily life for a turtle..!
Yesterday was received an sms from Ah Guan in the evening around 6pm. He asked me to go steambot together at kepong after work. I wish i could join, but due to my gastric is getting ache again in that moment, then i have no choice but to Said "NO" to him. I told him that i have something need to do in the nite, thus i cannot go. I didnt tell them that i getting gastric ache, because for sure they will asking me so many question when they hear from me telling them my problem.
During late nite around 11pm, after finished their steambot,then called me again for drink at island red cafe. When i received the msg, i really wish i could go again, but my gastric is seems to be getting worse during late nite. So, i had rejected them again. I tell them that i had slept already by using sms.
Haih, everyone is waiting for saturday nite to gathering for a drink in every week. This week i had suddenly missed it. Then need to wait to another friday or saturday to gather again.
Today morning after washed my car, then straight away drive with my car to 1U to meet an appointment. My appointment is doing at 2.30pm until 4.30pm, its quite long.
After finished my appointment, then take this opportunity to find something special as a present for a person who always saying me is a ninja turtle.
Yesterday was her birthday, i still owe her a gift, so today purposely take the chance go to shop around 1U after my meeting. Erm, i really duno what to buy for this birthday gal. Because i didnt know her well, duno what she like and what she dont like. Really headache...
I was took almost an hour to shop in the whole building to find a birthday gift. Finally i get to buy "that" for this birthday gal.
Ahsshh.. really have long long time didnt go to search for the birthday gift with my own. Everytime if someone birthday, is also one of the fren will buy the thing, and then come to collect the money from us only. What would you think of Irritate..?
What would u act when u are feeling irritate to something...? My personally almost every week should have one or two days that somethings will make me feel irritating. In Many time we hard to prevent to get irritate towards something when it is come to you, then sure it will comes to you.
There are many kind of things would causing u feel irritated, it just that depends on how do you see that things and what angle that u thinking to.
Different angle of the view from you, will have different result and different feeling to you. If you think it on negative, then it is resulted u to get irritate on that matter in that situation. If you are use a positive thinking to see the matter, too surprisingly it would make you to have a brand new feelings if comparing in between of two different point of view's person.
We are hard to define the meaning of irritate in our life. Why..? This topic is a very psychological phylosophy to us in many situation. You might need to use your EQ to analyse and justify of a matter in your mind in a positive or negative way.
I believe there is very very very less people can have a very high EQ to many worse situation to think of a positive way to turn your irritating becomes to a calm.

Leisure day
Was a whole day stay at home this Sunday. Suppose Chew is calling me to go Matta Fair in the noon, but because of feel tiring today thats why i rejected him to go , but just stay at home for rest.
In the Morning, after fetch moms go to work, then come back to wash & shine my car. After that go out to do my car loan payment at the Public Bank ATM.
Every weekend & sunday i would just staying at home to online and watch TV only. As long as if brother call me to go for cinema, then only i will go out in the sunday. (Depends of situation & mood lahh )
Tomorrow will be back to the office again, back to my work station, back to the challeges life, back to see my boss punye face, back to my busiest hour again.
Hm.. many frens are always claim that they are so boring to go office again after the weekend. Because of they are enjoying their weekend, enjoying their relaxing life. Finished their two days relaxing hours, then need to go back to the busy life again on Monday.
Well, everytime when they groaming infront of me, but i always sitting quietly only. Inside my mind actually having the same thinking like them as well, but i dont like to expressed my feeling infront of frens, because i would think if i always blaming to my job, then i will make myself becomes more difficulty to face my work again in everyday later.
So, i use to tell myself not to recall my work, do not think of my job and do not think back of those frustrating things in my mind. Take it as sunny & easy only.

An Old Man's Wan Tan Mee..
Chong is really really love eating no matter anytime, any place , any moment, he will still desperating to eat. When he wanna to eat something, he will definitely called us going out with him together.
Tonite he suggested to eat the Wan Tan Mee at Bkt Bintang, the very old stall which open in everyday 10pm beside the street. They are operating business until mid nite.
I was being the driver tonite to fetch all frens to Bkt Bintang for eating this Wan Tan Mee. Well, it is actually special delicious on its Wan Tan, and the Mee is made by his own instead of the machine. Thats why every nite having many people is queeing up to eat for their Wan Tan Mee there. The cooker is a very old uncle cook the Mee to the customer in every nite.
If i do not mistaken, i was been there before since last 2 years ago. After two years now, go back to eat, cannot really remember its taste whether is same with the previous year that i eaten or not.
After finished our Mee, Chong still saying want to go for drink at mamak, Wow.. luckily today is me being the driver, i said i want to go home, thats why he have no choice but to follow me to go home earlier. Otherwise if he drive, we all sure need to sit with him in the mamak again for the whole night long. Erhhh... Scary..!

With Friend's Dinner
Just get back to home from Jln Ipoh. Its already 2am late nite now. i was been to the kepong for dinner with chong, siang, darry, Sin, Bin, Guan,& Chew. It was a kind of Cafe restaurant we had our dinner there.
After finished our dinner in Kepong, Darry , Guan & chong said not full enough, want to go second round eating for Dim Sum at Jln Ipoh. Then we all has just follow to eat Dim Sum again.
I know some is getting quite full already when after eaten in Kepong. I also same, feeling full already. But they still want going. Well, when we get there, Chong, Guan, Darry & Siang straight away order Char Siu Bao, and also few plate of Siu Mai.
We were sitting there until 1.45 mid nite, after that Chong still want to propose to go eating Dai Chao ( fried Mi ) at behind Dawakal Hospital there again.. Huh, i really cannot tahan anymore.. they are eating so much but never get full... I really really felt surrender to them loh..!

A better Chance is like a Gamble..!
"Good Opportunity" sometimes might be late coming to you, when the time u need it, but it would hold on and doesnt come to you so early, when the time that u think u dont need the any others opportunity already, because you think that current opportunity is good enough for you now, suddenly the better opportunity has come to you in your life.
In most of the time, ppl will not sure and don't know how to make a perfect decision in all situation. Why? do u think when you had planned in something, but the opportunity is not the right time for you yet, thus u will just hold on it and find another 1. When u are adapted to the current situation, suddenly another things will comes to attract you to change your whole plan again.
In this situation, many ppl will trying hard to re-planning everything again to suite for the better chance if it come to u. However, what would you do if this situation happened to you?
Of course, sometime we define a better opportunity, doesnt means it is in perfect situation to you. It might be having some terms and condition in order to obtain it. It means that somethings better coming to you, but something you will need to sacrifice it in order to derived it in yours.
Definitely most of the ppl will think that, only the perfect opportunity came then only he/she will accept it, otherwise they would not think of it even it comes to you.
In such as case, i would define that " A better opportunity" it is just like a gamble. Either win or lose only. Gamble means 50 % to 50%. It would no guarantee to you at all. If you had done your homework, analyse the case before you gamble it, it would helps you to have better ideas on making better decision and it would bring you to have better possession on wining to this game.
In such a case, my personally is experience it to myself currently. It is necessary for me to think of what myself actually need, and what i can overcome the side effect if i decided to accept to the better ideas.

Has Just Finished My Upgrading Interview
Tuesday has just over my upgrading interview in headquarter. My interview suppose to at 3.15pm. However the session before me was took longer, thus it been delayed to 3.30pm. My interview schedule is fixture at the last session on that day.
My group of interview have 5 person. Two Asst. Merchandiser (included Myself) + 3 section leader from stores. While i waiting to interview at outside the room, my heart is keep jumping so fast, so tension. Others SL saw my face also can feel that i am so tension. Well, ppl saying that if u are feel tension to something it means that u are so caring of that things. Its true, because i treat it so seriously as i been waited for 1 and half years then only can get the chance to shortlisted for upgrading test.
There was three question in my last group interview only.
first Question : Kindly introduce yourself & tell me what is your current responsibility in your department.
Second Question : Tell me what is your first half achievement & next second half targeting.
Third Question : Company has been 25th years in operation, What would you think the area that company can be improving.
Well,all the question has been prepared before i enter to the interview room. Nonetheless, when i heard of the question and answering it, my mind has suddenly missed out so many point, duno what happened... suppose i had ready many point to answer the question in my mind at first, but when i get into the real situation my mind is suddenly blank...(sigh..!! haihhhh)
Well, there is one thing is lucky for me is both the interviewer is looks kind. Both interviewer is Ms Yvonne (finance senior Mgr) & Ms Makeis (GM2 Senior Mgr). Ms Makeis is from the hardline, thus she understanding well to our electrical department situation, thus she has not much questioning me during interview.
I know all the senior manager is so tired already due to the interview is started from morning 9.30am until 4.30pm in a day. All them is paying attention to listen all the point answer from the candidate also crazy already..Lol
During my turn to answer the question, Ms Makeis already felt so tiring and suddenly yawning infront of me, her eyes has turning into red colour also. Well, i purposely speak louder when i presenting myself infront to her and wish i could awake her to listen better...Lol..!
Anyway, both senior manager is also can remember what we presented even they are feel tiring during the last interview session.
Result will be out soon before 20th August...

Upgrading 2009
Waited 1 & 1/2 years in Company, finally can go through to upgrading interview. Just passed my upgrading test last month, and also passed my MBO appraissal. And now is waiting for the interview.
They calculate with 40% test, 30% MBO Appraissal & 30% interview. It would be the senior manager from other department come to interview us. There is many candidate will go to interview after the upgrading test passed.
My interview section has fixed on Tuesday After noon. The time is after lunch hour. Hmm.. some people say that the morning section interview passing rate is higher than the afternoon section normally, because the brain in the morning is fresher while after lunch eating, our brain is feels like so sleepy, so that the brain will unable to think nicely to answer the question.
No choice, the interview fixture is fixed by the management, we cannot change it but to think of how to overcome it with better method.

What would you Act in A Dilemma..
"Dilemma" is a kind of situation that most of the people will experience it in real life. Why dilemma always happened to everyone ? When you are facing the dilemma, how would you face it and how do you make it a perfect ending without sacrifice any side when you had making your final decision on it. !
Often, when you has derived a brand new opportunity or a good chance is comes to you, but in this time you dont know how to say goodbye to the " exist one" that you currently having it now. You will worry whether if you choose the new chance, will you hurting or making some conflict to your exisitng " One" lehh..?
Well... " dilemma " is the most difficult test that need people to overcome it. I use to heard from people saying that , " there will rarely or never have a perfect situation on both side in the real life ", no matter how there will be one side is need to be sacrifice, and another side will derive a happiness.
Haih..! In this case, " You " yourself is the one which in the most difficulty as you are in the middle side and you will keep on thinking of "What" & " how" can be making the perfect solution right...!

Can You Define the meaning of " Frust "
How do you define the meaning of " frustrating"? Is it meaning of annoying or a torturing of you..? Or even you have any others deeper meaning which you can defining.
Well, i would define " annoy " is the situation of when facing some things happened, and we are unable to find the solution to solve up the problem we faced. While " torture " is the situation of when we struggling on somethings that can make you feels so difficulty like hell rather to live.
Hmm..! what do you act when you feel so frustrate? Many people i saw when they feeling frustrating, they are only looks so numb and dumping sitting at the corner and thinking the world like going to extincted.
Some people when they are feeling " frustrating" they will looks so madly just keep thinking of what & how to overcome it. Many ways they think, but never have one method is helping them to solve the problem. Then they start struggling of what they can do. They are suffering, and even dumper and dumper than the beginning. Because they felt like nobody is standing them and lead them a way.
I understand this kind of feeling, because myself also is always experienced it in my life currently. I would always think, why is the problem is everyday and everyday keep appearing with so many kind of different affecting to us in our life. Of course, some people will decide to escape the problem rather to face it. Because they dont want to be struggle themselve into the frustrate. Escape can make them dont need to think back to the unhappy things.
However, some people cannot seek themselve to escape the problem face, they will keep thinking of why the thing happened, and think of what can they solve to the affect. In this situation, when they think into deeply to the affect, then it might bringing them into another Mood such as what i defined at above like torture them or suffering lahh..!
What is the best way to counter it in our life..? I would happy if anyone can share your ideas with us in this title.

How important of Your dreams?
If you have a dreams, will you be chasing it with crazily? Most of the people use to have many dreams in his/her life, but its not every dreams will be achieving by themselves or its not every dreams is being desperating to catches or derive it.
What if you were one of the person as mentioned as above, what will you be actually?
Of course, people have dreams, myself also might have my dreams as well. What is the most desperating dreams to me in my current life? Hmm..! i would say the most dreams that in my current life is $$$$$ lahh, i know the proverb is saying that " $$ doesnt means everything " but if without $$ means we hard to satisfy most of the things... Does anyone not agree with mine saying? Well, thats just my opinion... i am feel free to everyone to give me your comment also if it is have better meaning on this.
Many people that i seen in nowaday social, they will not be too caring of the side effect which is blocking them to searching their dreams. No matter of any obstacle they will still insist his/her dreams and keep going on with his/her thinking to work hard to achieve the goals.
Of course, Goals will never be easy for us to achieve, but doesnt means i never can achieve it. When saying of " Goal " it would remind me think back of the EPL football game. Even David Beckham is the genius of the Free kick and penalty kicker, but sometime he will miss the goal as well. If he failed to shoot the ball on target, the spectators will felt disappointed to him, or even putting their blame on Beckham.
Nonetheless, he never give up. Been many match of the football that i saw beckham playing, he miss many balls for so many good opportunity that he obtained when the ball passing by his teammate. Many time beckham tried to shoot on target, also will be save by the opponent keeper. Beckham always believe that if he keep on to shoot on the target, there must be have one chances to him to scored in the match.
Well, in the real life.. many people will think of so many factor which would affecting to him/her to achieve a goal. Thus, finally he/she will give up to their thinking or hold on their dreams for temporary if they couldn't find out of any method or solution to countermeasure to that negative factors. Hmm... sometime myself also might be one of them which mentioned as above too.
Then, what is the best way to overcome..........?

RM70m mall for Wangsa Maju to open in July

Malaysia may appear to have one too many malls and some will question the wisdom of opening another when sales are falling.
But it is probably a good move if the opening fills an obvious void.
Wangsa Walk, a RM70 million mall in Kuala Lumpur that opens in July, expects to satisfy a long-overdue need for residents of Bandar Wangsa Maju in Kuala Lumpur.
Its owners also plan to recoup their investment and start making money in half the time a typical mall takes.
The mall, which is being developed by MSL Properties Sdn Bhd in Wangsa Maju, has managed to fill up almost all its space. It will have a 92 per cent occupancy rate at a time when most retailers have opted to slow expansion.
Wangsa Walk, which takes up 273,243 sq ft, or roughly a quarter of Suria KLCC, will serve about 250,000 people living within a 4km drive.
Richard Chan, director of RCMC Sdn Bhd, the consultants for the project, said the owners were initially worried about the timing of the opening.
"However, of late, we have been signing contracts daily. We have already signed up for 92 per cent occupancy," he said.
MSL Properties general manager Tan Ching Meng is bullish about the development and expects to recoup investment in five and a half years. Its RM70 million investment does not include the cost of land.
The 26-year-old MSL Properties is the main developer of the Wangsa Maju township.
Singapore-listed MCL Land Ltd holds 50 per cent of MSL Properties. Saujana Consolidated Bhd holds 30 per cent, while Landmarks Bhd has the rest.
"We will be happy to make RM13 million in gross revenue in the first year and RM15 million the following year," Tan told Business Times in an interview.
Rental at the mall is tagged at RM8 to RM15 per sq ft including service charge.
Tan is not worried about international names like Carrefour and Jusco, both a stone's throw from Wangsa Walk, as they differ in terms of design, concept and retailers.
In fact, Wangsa Walk does not have a department store.
The mall is "a strong destination built up on things people like to do", Tan said. It has thus removed the box-like feature and accommodated more of a street mall concept.
Wangsa Walk will have a 400m long walkway, an amphitheatre that can seat 100 and space to accommodate a flea market with more than 200 stalls.
"We have an al fresco concept as people nowadays want to see and also be seen. Our concept sees the solid walls crumbling and giving way to visibility," Tan added.
Cold Storage, Celebrity Fitness, TGV Cinema, Popular Bookstore and a 32-lane bowling alley are among the 170 retailers that the mall will house.
The mall on a 5.7ha site has a gross built-up area of 495,117 sq ft. It forms the first phase of an integrated development that will also have offices and serviced residences, slated for beyond 2014.
There is also enough land to expand the mall if demand is strong
Terrible Mood..!
Really really feel bored to my current job & working environment already. There were so many time that i received complaint from my manager even i had did my best on it. Why complaint? Everytime is the same things. " Why i never inform him? " Why i never get approval from Him?" And why i didnt think deeply before i do?
Mostly what i done is always complaint by the manager. I know all the staff who in the same department has leave one by one now. Some has goes to others firm, some is changing department, some is tendered the resignation letter already and now waiting to leave, and some has come out to do their own business now. Its just leave me and one of the malay guys who still doing in this department now.
I can't believe that when i joined to this company is having 7 person in the electrical department. However today is just left 2 person is stayed here which is included me. Can we imagine that all vacancies never have anyone want to replace or occupy it, even replaced also not long, In and Out is so fast. Because of everyone is knowing this manager is so so so terrible person. Always give his L face to us see. WTF..! i really getting bored to see his face now. Every person who worked with him before also keep saying they want to vomit blood when working with him.
This manager is never listen to what we did for the department, he only want us to follow his instruction and his idea to do for the department. He love to say, Leven your sales in electrical department doesnt shown good enough. The sales result is always at the boundaries, never can jump over the wall. Everytime he only asking me how to break the wall.
Well, i also knowing the sales not good. Thats why i always doing something at behind to boost up the sales for him. But sometimes when he saw i reduce the margin to give offer too high to get the sales, he will never accept it. Well, if i dont do offer, then who going to help me to push the products in selling floor? Because of the company cutting the budget, management has abolished the staff commission from April. THis case has caused many of my senior staff leaving one by one to others competitors firm already. Currently is getting all the new and fresh staff to my selling floor in the department. They dont have the sufficient knowledge to push the LCD plasma sales. They duno how convince customer to buy it from us. They still need much training on it now.
Since the staff commission has abolished, my sales is keep dropping seriously every month. I had thinked many way to pull up the sales to department. Well, the sales against last year is almost similar. Doesnt hits last year sales so much, thats why manager always ask me how to increase more on it. i would think if i so good in thinking all this thing, then i will become the manager already, i do not being just a Asst. merchandiser in the company lah..
The manager is always pressuring me only, he only concerning of how should he asnwer to the top management during the meeting if management asking the same question to him. BUt he never help us to think how to counter back the management on this question.
Well, i know myself do not stay here for long, if my plan has stable already, then i may leave soon... Mou ngan Tai arhhh..!

Over spent within the week
Purchased an Air-Cond,, & purchased a DELL notebook in the same week. Spent too much within a week. Why suddenly purchased an air-cond?
Hmm..! it been a hot hot day since the begins of April month. Mom always complaint of no air-cond, and always imagine that it would be wonderful if we have an air-cond in the house. Alright.. Just last week 1U JAsCo having a jcard day. Then i tried to get one of the discontinued model of air-cond which is doing clerance price over there.
Finally i get a cheap cheap price for a 1.5 host power which is doing very good price clearance on that day. So i taken it and bring it back to my house. After i paid for the air-cond, still have to spent some installation cost to ask contractor come to install it for us somemore..
i've been looking for a notebook for long long time ago. Because the technology is keep on upgrading & updating so fast.. if we buy today, tomorrow might be different or coming out a better spec already... its really fast.. thats why i've been keep waiting and waiting until today.
Duno why, just last week, i've been so passionate to buy a notebook suddenly. Can't control myself to stop buying that as well. Then i gone into the Dell website and purchased through online with the credit card installment 12 months maybank scheme.
So that every month i just need to pay around RM260 to the bank. Quite ok lahh..!
Most people said just buy around RM 1800 to RM 2100 notebook is enough lahh... But i never can persuade myself to take the basic 1. Because of i always looks for the best one if i really want to buying that kind of things. Thus, i clicked for upgrading the original specification of this notebook to the highest spec... ermm., that still not consider as the highest spec lah,, just that consider better than the original 1 only.
I chose a better graphic card ATi Radeon, Window Vista premium, Better sound card, and upgraded the memory RAM to 4GB DDR2. When my fren heard i upgraded my computer like such, they said i crazy... why upgraded it until like a designer's computer... Hmm... even i'm not professional , but i still desperate to deserve a best computer to myself now, so that in future i dont need to change or upgrade anythings again since current had obtained the maximum spec already...LOL.!

Finished my budget of Medical cover
Almost every big firm will having a employee's medical benefit to the staff. My firm also not being excluded as well.
However, i not sure how much is the fund allocating to each employees sofar. I was thought its no limit on the budget for every employees. Thus, i am going to the surgery quite frequently if i getting just a little bit of not feeling well. Because we will getting free on taking the medicine.
However i rarely take MC with the company all the while. Thats why i need the medicine to help me to recover my sick in quicklier. I know if i take the MC today, the next day must having 2 days documents for me to finish in the second day 1. Thats why i dont like to take MC or even the leave , when come back to office then getting so much of accumulated job to be finish.
Just yesterday, when i present my medical card to the reception counter. The receptionist checked my card, there is only left RM 42 in my medical insurance account now. Thus, the extra cost in the receipt, i need to pay with myself already.
When i call back to HR to check, then only i noticed that my current position only entitle to RM 2000 limit per year.
Since last month i has do the scanning, and given the special medicine, the cost has charged about RM 1.7k++ , then now just left RM 42 balance to my account. There is another RM 200 allocation to the dental. i duno whether i can re-allocate the RM 200 budget from dental to the outpatient cover or not. Tomorrow need to check with HR when going back to office.

Recovering on Gastro
The irritating gastro problem which had long long time following me, eventually now has gone. Been one and a half month getting the medicine from specialise, then now all the bacterias in the gastro has totally clean already.
Well, Yesterday was been to the specialise again for the medical check up, the doctor given me a breath test, the result came out is positive. Thus, it eventually has reduce my pain in my life now.
The doctor said, even my gastro has clean now, but still necessary to be careful on my eating habit. Always less drinking coffee, less drinking teh, less eating spicy food and those heavy food as well. When i heard of doctor saying this, i was thinking at that moment of myself has already get addicted to the coffee drug been many years now, how can i say stop , then stop immediately lehh.. Haiz.. Almost every morning i must need a cup of hot hot coffee to stomach, then only feels good to a brand new morning in the office.
I know myself can hardly to stop driking the coffee 1, thus i just push myself on more concerning on my meals only.. try not to eat those heavy and stimulate food.

Life in Office after Holiday
9 days taken leave to Bali, when back to the office must be so much of work is need to be settle. Its not only me one person but almost everyone, 9 person of us who go Bali, for sure when they go back to office, also are having a lot of accumulated works is need to be done in the shortest time.
When get back to the office on MOnday, was just keep doing and doing the job non-stop until 9pm. Second days almost same, until 10pm. Its been a tough tough week for me in the past few days in the office.
We just came back from Bali trip, and the others is planning for the Singapore trip on this coming month of JUly already. Wow.. even we interested to go also not enough time to accumulate our savings in the short time for this trip..
Some is planning for the next year trip go to Hong Kong or Taipei. Hey, this is a long long journey from our home. Alright, myself are really interested to both this plan also 1, but just concerning to my pocket money whether can afford to it or not only...
I eventually understand that why people love to go travels now. Its because of the process & the time you are enjoying its really will caused you addicted into its life 1. Thus, if one time you go travel already, then u will so desperating for the next travel to overseas again 1. That's why many people are always so willingness to spent almost 60% of their expenses on the travelling compare with buying a luxury car or carry a fancy handbag now. Of course, if those who have extra budget, i cannot deny that he/she will still spending on those fancy things lahh...!
Now, my target is to accumulate my savings and go to the next travel to Taipei, Tai-Nan , Tai- Zhong & Xi Men Ding... Ooo.ppp Money money come..!

Holiday in Bali
Its was an awesome bali trip from Monday till thursday. The first day been to Bali wasn't seems interesting enough because of the time was too pack. When we arrived to the airport, the time was about 2.30pm. And we need about one hours to checked out from the airport, and wait for our luggage in the airport as well.
We had arranged a tour guide came to fetch us at the Indonesia airport. The journey from the airport to our hotel also need about 1 1/2 hours to reach there. Its really a long long distance. We were only able to hang around to the TANAH LOK which is nearby to our resort on the first day, and then had our first dinner at the highland restaurant in Tanah Lok. Thats all what we did in the first day.
When the second day, we all wake up very early in the morning at 6am. And then finished our breakfast, and the first station we go to sukawati for shopping. THere is the place which seems like a pasar pagi, all stalls are selling the clothes, pants, and the key chains only. We all were took about 1 hour to hang around here to buy so many things. From here, we can see everyone are so genius of bargaining to the price with the seller at the stall there even though we are not use to bargain the price in Malaysia normally. haha..!
After shopping in sukawati, and then we has been to so many history places to see the Bali's history things. Everyone said that Bali is famous with the Gunung Api, so we also won't miss out visiting to this place lahh.. Wow ! when we get to this mountain, its feels like standing at genting highland also. THe winds blowing so strong and feeling cold over this area.
Beside the history place, Bali also quite famour with the Nusa Dua Bay & the Jimbaran bay. Nusa Dua is famous with the water sport & water games. So, we also wont miss out the opportunity to try some of the water sport which they offer in Nusa Dua bay on the third day trip lahh... Its really really a wonderful & exciting fun in this beach.
And then we did go to the factory outlet to see the low price fashion. And we also had our wonderful dinner at Jimbaran bay at 6pm. Its really a beautiful place which allow us to having our dinner while seeing to the moons and the seas, and also the twinkle twinkles on the sky. Feelings so relaxing & enjoyed enough to sitting here.
4 days trip is passed so fast, Its feels like just a moment only we were enjoyed in Bali here, and we need to go back to our country already. Coming back to our country, and we all are need to go back to the pressure life again loh..!
Hmm.. anyway, i would try myself to save more money and go for holiday again in others countries for my next journey. Maybe would be the Hong Kong or Taipei. Now is waiting for this moment comings..

We had arranged a tour guide came to fetch us at the Indonesia airport. The journey from the airport to our hotel also need about 1 1/2 hours to reach there. Its really a long long distance.
