Irritating of the organisation change..!

Time passed very fast, as now I already been one years with A.Big. Life are definitely getting tougher as we already change from European culture to japanese culture, from C4 to A. Big, and the organisation are also keep changing many process in terms of system and also to the employee remuneration also. I noticed there are almost the people are start getting irritating of the change in the organisation, or some even start complaint to the top management about their unsatisfaction towards the organisation changed.

Well, if you ask me, I would find myself have a same thinking like the others not really like to changing too frequent. Because every change will definitely affecting to your current situation and also it might take time for us to adapt the new system of the company. In the others way saying we are already in a comfortable zone now. LOL

We would see there is coming of more and more changing start implementing in the organisation from time to time now. I hope myself are ready to accept the Change of the company as well... God Blessing..!!

How I feel upon I saw the letter..!

I actually do expecting the new management after taking over the company, and they still can maintain offering to our staff with at least 1 month Bonus for this year. However it was quite disappointed that we dont get what we expected. This year the new management dont offering the bonus, they just paid us a small token with just a little amount to all the staff only. Can you imagine, i was just joined on last year July, so whatever they paid must be prorated from the period i joined, thus i was getting lower somemore from the original percentage of token from the company. Urgghhh...! what a bad announced during i received the letter from my superior about this matter. I was felt like de-motivated and down and down and down and down for the few weeks upon heard this news from management. I must praying hard that next year the new management can really reward back to the staff who ever was really putted their effort to the company, and we do hope we able to get what we want for the next coming year as well.
