Result Out!!!

YES!! THe result had came out. WEll its not bad, i get 3 Distinction and 1 Credit. Marketing management get credit and the marketing channel, product development, and international marketing get Distinction. But the result slip still havent comes out yet, so i also dunno what is my CPGA now. Hehe...i will post it soon later when i get the result slip lahh..!!

SICK..!!

This time’s pc fair is very terrible. After the Pc fair, my whole body felt so tiring. Monday still have to work, so suddenly get throat ache at the night. And then I had recover from throat ache in the morning of second day, but starting get a light fever on Tuesday. Today are seens feeling well now, but suddenly getting flu right now. HOOoo !! So pity lahh me. 3 major sick all comes together to me in one time.

PIKCOM Pc Fair

2,3and 4th Dec was the PIKCOM Pc fair at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. My company were selling all Sony Vaio laptop, NEC laptop, Twinhead laptop and the Lexmark printer. I was only sell the Sony Vaio laptop in this 3 days.Well, the sales profit of this time is not so good. Coz the Sony itself also have a booth at the upstair of our booth.And they was just selling their laptop with very low profit margin. Even though they selling with original price,but they offer so many high cost of free gift to the customer who came to buy the Sony vaio laptop. So we had lost so many of the margin.Each laptop we sold, only can get RM100 to RM200 margin. If compare to the last time of theNEC, each NEC laptop we sell we also can get at least RM400 to RM700.* Sigh* ... When the fair end at 9pm, we still have to clear all the things and packed it into the box and carry it to the van and to send it back to showroom.From 9pm we start clearing until 12.30 pm. Wow!! can u imagine that we had took 3 1/2 hours just to clear everythingon there. Its really really so many box and the stock we have to send it back to the showroom. The van also have totake 2 time to send all the things back to the showroom.After we had clear everything, Michael brought us to ate supper at the chinese restaurant. Haha, it is the same restaurant that he brought us there before when ( NEC fair July 2005)oH ya, this time pC Fair i had sold 6 units of the Vaio laptop. Ermm, actually there is only 3 i had sold, and there is another 3 units is just the customer had paid the deposit to booked the laptop only lahh... Yesterday i was home at around 2am midnight. And today also can't take off, still have to work. I really feel so tiring now.

Error Files in My Pc

My PC had been format and format again for 2 time already but there is still have some error files are still in my PC now.So i format my PC again third time yesterday. I don't know whether all the error file is still in my PC now or not. But ihopefully this time can be clear out all the bad things lahh . Coz the error files are keep causing my Pc slowing downeverytime i use it. And then the internet also keep on appear some notice and remind me that there is some error in thePc and want me to check for it, but i couldn't find it. * Sigh * i wondering anybody can help me to clear out the error files?>..

UAD Briefing

There is the UAD briefing for the students who will going to the next year degree on Monday to this Thursday. Monday class was finished at 2pm, Thuesday class was a little bitearlier we finished at 1pm. And today 's class also was finished at 1pm. After the seminar, Vinod,Kok Hoe, GuangCHeng Yee, Jason, Ah Jyh, Ah Fei, Andy and i was went for lunch together at " FOng Yue" restaurant. After the lunch, Guang, Kok Hoe, Andy, Yutaka, Cheng Yee were have to go to a training at Wisma IGB ( Synocate) a survey company at around 2.30pm. This company are just right beside the Mid Valley. I was went there together with them, but i not interview withthe manager there, i just listen to their training section there only.This will be the part time job for them, coz we having quite a long holiday now, so they all decided to look for the part time job , After the training, we all shop around Mid Valley, and i was bought 2 shirts at SEED boutique. Well , the new design is great, i can't wait to buy it to my self haha. I will start wearing it in the CNY on next year.

I got it Now

Yes, finally aunty had succeed to find a tenant for me for my new apartment. She said there will be 3 girls going to share the house. Aunty told me that they will going tomove in to my apartment on next month. The girls had gave a month of deposit to aunty already, and aunty also had prepared the contract for us to sign later. Well, today i'm quite happycoz i seens like put down a part of my burden now. We have to pay Rm1200 every month for the apartmet due to we can't find the tenant to move in. But now we have the people wantsto rent the apartment, then we no need to pay so much for the apartment every month now.

Happy Deepavali

Today I’m taking off, so don’t need to work. Tomorrow my manager will going to take leave for 3 days for some purpose. So if I don’t off today, I will can’t off in this week already. Well, I’m not staying at home for my off day today. Guang called me out for Karaoke at Neway in Times Square. We went to the karaoke only 2 hours from 11.20am to 1.20pm. After this, We actually planned to go to the GSC Cinema to watch the movie, there was 19 person went there. But the place was fully booked by the other people on that time, so we can’t watch the movie, we all went to had our lunch at the Time Square’s food court. After the lunch we all just sitting there and plan where can we go for the next round. Only for this planning, we all had sat there for 1 hour already still no any idea. But finally, we decided to go Sg Wang to play the Bowling. There was 6 person play the bowling, but I just played the pool with Kok Hoe over there. That’s was I can’t really believe I defeated Kok Hoe in playing the pool, I won the game. HAHA… that’s the things I spent for my off day today.

My Boss's Birthday

Happy Birthday to Michael ( Boss). Today is my boss’s birthday, So David invited all of us to go to his house to celebrate the birthday party with Michael tonight.

David’s mother said today they are celebrating for 5 good things. 1st is Michael’s birthday, 2nd is Michael’s sister ( Nicole)’s son full moon, 3rd is Michael got the MBA certificate, 4th is to celebrate his younger sister had finished her Medical course in oversea, and another one is ??? I also forgot already. Haha!! Oh ya, the 5th is his sister’s boyfriend want to propose to her. Wow, so many good news today.

Well, Azlan, CHong, Jeffrey, Joseph, Jason and me are share share to bought the Tie as the birthday gift to Michael. One is White colour, and one is blue colour, I duno whether Michael will like it or not. But we hope he will like it.

Prom Night

Met a Primary School classmate

Yesterday i was received a call from Chi Lam, he said he got something very important want to tell us. So he made a date with us on tonight around 10pm. But when we all came out already, he still havent comes out , till all the friends also can't wait for him already ,so all came back earlier today. What the hell is this? we call to his h/p, but it doesn't work, whats wrong with him? Well we all getting angry now.All came home already,But i met a primary school classmate at the BRJ restaurant, so he asked me to had a drink with him at there tonight. And then until 12.15am, then only i went home.

Last paper sitted

Today is the last paper in this exam. After the exam, Guang, Kok Hoe, Jason, Ah Jyh and I we all 5 person went to the Berjaya Time Square ‘s GSC to watch movie for relax.

Sony Exhibiton

8 & 9 Oct, was the Sony It fair in the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. And then there was only 3 dealers were entered to this exhibition in this 2 day. My company is the one between this 3 dealer which represent the Sony to sell the Vaio laptop, Sony LCD Monitor, and the Sony projector. And then the rest of the 2 dealers are selling the Sony digital camera, camcorder, Mp3 and the Walkman. Well, this time of the Sony exhibition was quite successful. Coz all the demonstration has doing well there. Wow, the especially is the Sony promoter. Wahh, all the chicks that Sony hire to this exhibition was very “ Sui”. The last time’s Sony fair was not that good compare to this time’s Sony exhibition. haha!!/ Ok, we come to the main thing now, this time’s sales was not so good compare with the NEC fair that we did at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre last 3 month. But I seens the rest of 2 dealers which selling the digital camera and the camcorder was getting very good sales in this 2 days. This time I only had sold 3 units of the Sony laptop which price RM7988. But I had sold quite many accessories in this fair. We got sell the Sony pendrive, Sony battery charger, Sony memory stick and the Sony mouse, haha. The total units of laptop that we sold is 8 units only.

First Paper Sitted

Well, today had done the marketing management exam paper in the morning. This subject is the first paper that we done. And then the Wednesday will be the marketing channel paper. On the next Tuesday is the International marketing paper and the next Wednesday will be the Product Development paper. This also will be the last paper for this exam. And then the updated of the sales for the Eternity had increased to 192 already. Yes, it still have 8 more tickets to go, then we will achieve the target to 200 tickets already.

Updated sales 161 tickets Sold

Well, we all committee members are taking leave for 3 weeks to prepare for our exam now. And then this week we had pass on all the Eternity’s job to the students councilor to help us. We all have to concentrate on our exam and will not going to have so many of extra time to follow up all the others customers already, so we need the students councilor to follow up all the sales in this 3 weeks time. And then we all committee member will be back on the 14 Oct, and we will handle back all the job again. Well, so far all the department had doing well for this Eternity now, and then our sales are increasing in everyday also. The latest updated sales report is 161 tickets had sold. Oh ya ! our sales target had increase again . We all have to achieve the sales of 200 tickets to sell to the students now. Thus, we still have 39 tickets to go now. In beside this, Ms Norul told us on this Monday, that Ms Hew ( Principle of SCKL) said Systematic will going to support full for 100 lecturers to buy this Eternity tickets. Wow!! Its seens so interesting, coz so far we are only managed to sell to few lecturer now. All the lecturers are keep waiting for the Systematic to sponsor full for their ticket, then they are not willing to buy the ticket from us even though we all went to them to sell the tickets to them. Right now the Systematic are willing to give full sponsor to 100 lecturers to go to this Eternity night. It will make us easier to sell the tickets to the lecturers now. We all only have to get the name from lecturers who is interested to go to this Eternity, then we just get the money from the Systematic management only.

Out for 3 weeks of Eternity

This will be the last week for we all organisers to handle all the thing of Eternity’s job. Coz the next week is our study break, and then we all will go for the exam on the next 2nd week later. So, we will probably out for 3 weeks for exam later. We will pass it all the job to the students council to assist us to handle the tickets and to sell the Eternity’s tickets in the college in the coming of 3 weeks now. Well, after the exam, we all will be back and handle back all the job again. So far we only able to sold 153 tickets, our target is 180 tickets for students, so it still have 27 to go now. Well, I hopefully the students council will can help us to achieve the target in the coming of 3 weeks now.

Student Council Join Eternity

The Eternity organising are seens becoming more larger now. From yesterday the students councilor were joined us for organize the Eternity now. And there was 8 member were joined to this Eternity. Well, we had split them out into all different group. Some are joining to the advertising department, some are joining to sponsorship department, some are joining to the programme implemented department and some are joining to my sales and marketing department which is the most important department here. Well, I’m the leader of the sales& marketing department, so I have to guide my junior and my team member to sell the ticket as many as we can. So far we had get to sold 127 tickets currently. Our target are became higher now. We have to target to 180 students to buy the tickets. Last time we are suppose to target to 170 students only and 30 will be for the lecturers. Because of the budgeting having some problem now, so we have to target more on the students and only 20 tickets for the lecturers. The time is becoming lesser and lesser now, we all have to work hard to push the ticket to the students.

Sad News

Last Saturday I’m suddenly received a call from Mr Rod Rigo, he said that he didn’t see my coursework when he checked the marks for our class. When I heard this news from Mr Rod Rigo, I’m astonished for 5 second on that time. I’m really wondering why he didn’t get to see my coursework. I had submitted my coursework on time to Mr Rod Rigo already. And others students was submitted on that day to Mr Rod Rigo also, they all are marked by Mr Rod Rigo, but its only my coursework that he didn’t see?maybe is stolen by some other students we not sure. ! Sigh !.. then today I have to print my coursework all over again and submit to Mr Rod Rigo in this morning.

Degree Seminar

Systematic College had a seminar with the students who would go for the Degree of UAD course on next year in this morning. Ms Sumi were gave the talked to us in the auditorium today. And she also did passed the application form to everyone to fill up it and submit the form to her by this Friday or next Monday. When we submit the form we have to attach together with the result from SPM until the diploma. Coz the UAD wants to check with our qualification when we submit the application form. When the UAD had go through all the detail, then they will send an offer letter to us to register to be the UAD student on next year by this November.

Frustrating Now

I suppose to work in the morning today. But I received a message from Fione saying that today the “Eternity Night” have a formal meeting in the morning. So all the organization member have to attend to this meeting today. I called to David and told him I will go to work at 3pm today. But he was told me a bad news. That he said today the showroom was enough manpower, and he asked me not necessary to come again at 3pm, and he asked me to continue my things in the college. But my meeting is only until to 3pm. I said to David I want to work at 4pm, but David said that Michael(bos) don’t like to see his staff are simply simply come to work anytime they like. (Furious) when I heard this thing from David, I feel that something pressure are coming to me now. Coz previously David are allow me to work anytime just if I want to come, even though its only 4 to 5 hours he also will allow me to work, its very flexible. But this time when Michael had moved his office to our showroom, he will always staying in our showroom now. I feel the pressure are seen stronger right now. I also dunno why. / Well ??today our Eternity meeting were talked about the programme on that night , and discuss about the sales. Here is putting the pressure to me again. Coz the sales are stopping at 70 tickets sold and can’t get higher now. The sales is slow down already. Thus, the president are keep talking about the sales today. He asked me to think again some activities to sell the ticket by this week. * Sigh* I think ,and think ,and think again, still didn’t get any idea now. What’s wrong? I think I gotta ask some experience senior about the sales method if still cannot comes out any new idea by this week .

First time Punch Card

David told me that this month company will give me a punch card and no more he sign for my attendent. But i refused to hold the punch card. Coz if i late 1 or 2 minutes i will be cutting the salary. Thus, i prefer David to sign for my attendant, it is better for me. Even though i had late 5 minutes my salary still the same. I never think that David really prepared a punch card to me to punch for my attendant from this month already. Ohh!! it was a bad things for me. The first time to punch the card i was late 6 minutes you know, coz traffic jam. You all know lahh!! the Malaysia's traffic is so bad mahh, if i say this to the HR, they must be don't bother to me 1. * Sigh*... i think the HR incharger must be cutting to my salary this time already. This time my half hour will be gone lahh...hopefully i won't late again next time.

60 plus ticket Sold

Its been a long long days didn't go for blogging already. Nearly forget to this blogger lahh me. Well, i'm been doing for the ticket selling of my prom night in the Systematic college till the night this few days. Until today, we had sold 60 plus of the ticket to the students already. i'm actually feeling happy now. Coz we able to get the money to pay for the deposit booking for the CitiTel Hotel on this thursday. This month's target had settled already, and comes to the next month we have to hitz the target to 150 students. Its quite a tough job for me also. And i also don't know whether i can get to influence the 150 students to buy the ticket or not. Hopefully everythings will be good lahh.

Tiring

We actually suppose to decorate the college lobby for the prom night today. But all the thing that we done was banned by Mr Lonnie. He said that the décor we made are cannot match to the theme of our Eternity night. So we have do it all over again. * Sigh* we have spent so many days to keep modify the flyer, poster, décor, but the end still banned by Mr Lonnie. Tomorrow we will try one more time to change all the décor for the college lobby again. Hopefully everything will be ok. And then we will start selling the ticket at the college lobby on next Monday. “ God bless us” hopefully the sales can up to our target in August. Coz we have to sell at least 50 to 60 ticket in August, then only we can pay for the hotel deposit on the beginning of Sept later.

Prom Tickets is out now

Well, we are starting to decorate the Lobby in the college for the prom night today. And then we will start to sell the ticket to the students on Wednesday or Thursday. We had comes out a few of the pricing strategy to sell the ticket. Hopefully all the best lahh... The minimum we have to get 60 students comes to buy the ticket. Then only we have the money to pay for the deposit to the Hotel.

Pikom Pc fair

There was the Pikom Pc fair held on 5th to 7th August at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. My company was the only one dealer which can represent the NEC company to sell the laptop and the desktop in this Pc fair. Well, the sale for this time pc fair was good. Coz we had sold 38 units in this 3 days. To compare with the previous, this time was much more better. Last time the total we sold only 17 units. And this time was double up the previous result. I’m had sold 6 units of the NEC laptop and 2 units of Packard Bell desktop in this time Pc fair. But my sales in this time were lesser than the junior. He was sold 11 units. * Sigh*…hopefully next time will have better result. The last day sales was the best within this 3 days in this Pc fair. We were get the good response from the customers in the last day. And then the last day Pc fair Michael( bos) was treated us for the dinner after the fair end at 9pm. We had our dinner together with Michael at Chinese restaurant. We call it “ Dai Chao”…Erm… the food at there was quite ok actually. After the dinner, Michael was send me, Jason, and Chong back to Wangsa Maju at 12am

A Good News

Well... i heard a good news in this evening. During the break time of the marketing management class, Guang and Kok Hoe suddenly comes to tell me that they wants to re-do the Systematic Prom night in the end of this year on November. They said they wants to make this Systematic Prom event alive. Coz the students council been done this event for 2 time already but never success, so they are planning to take over this event and make it real. Well, they are asked me to help them to do this event, i'm feel so happy because i've been thinked to make this event to be success in last time, but it never be successful to do it. And now, there is all the good friends to do it again together now, i'm definitely will be the first that feel so happilly lahhh.

Sick Period

Getting one day throat ache , and 3 days flu. Started from last Thursday to Sunday. And then I was just felling bad on that 3 days. All of my coursework had delayed till yesterday then only can continue to do it. I has to work hard within this few days now, coz I’ve been wasted 4 days due to sick and can’t do any research for my coursework on last 4 days. International marketing coursework was set the due date on 9th of August, and all the students are have to submit the coursework on time. Currently, there is 3 subject of the coursework we are doing now. And all these 3 coursework also have to submit to the lecturer on next month. Wahh!! It seens a torture to us actually. I have to work for part time, have to prepare for the exam coming, and have to finish the 3 coursework within one month. Its really really a stress for me lahh!!

Hanging around the college

i'm sitting in the computer labs in the college right now. I'm just finished the International Marketing class early today, and then got no other place to go now, so i just hanging around the college's computer lab. Well, i'm actually also duno what can i do over here, ermm... i'm checked all my e-mail box, but there was just a few of the letter in my mail box only. After checked all the mail, i'm then go through the friendster.com . Coz i'm been long time didn't open to this website already. Ohh ya! my college are doing for the new student council election recently, so i'm been given a job to design the flyer and the poster for this event. There was 2 ideas i design for the poster and then plus one of the information detail for the flyer. I've been do it twice for this poster already. Coz the first ideas was banded by my president, and then i have to change and modify the poster, and finally they accepted my work now. Ermm, there is still have some mistake on the date placing, i will go back home to change for it, and then the poster will be out on tomorrow. I'm actually still thinking of will that poster create the awareness from the Systematic students to join for the 2005/2006 students councilor later? i wondering ...

New Semester

Today is the first day of the new semester. The first lecture of today is the international Marketing. This subject will be teaching by Mr Rod Rigo. Well, this subject are involving with a lot of the international business strategy, it actually quite interesting too. After the class,. I’m went to “Maju” mamak restaurant with Jason, Kok Hoe, Cheng Yee, Elson, and Yutaka to have some drink there. After the drink, Jason and me were went to KLCC TGV to watched the Initial-D at 615pm to 8.15pm. We actually just want to buy the ticket earlier on today and to watch it on tomorrow. However, we saw that the 6.15pm is still available to sell, so we changed our mind and decided straight away to watch this movie in this evening. Wow!! This movie is so exciting, thrilling, and so touching. It’s a wonderful movie. Coz this movie are containing with the love story of the Jay Chou with Anne Suzuki. And then this movie are fully of thrilling, its made all the audiences feeling so excited in the cinema. In this movie, it showing that Jay Chou is very successful in driving and racing, but his love was doesn’t seens so successful. Coz “…@#$%....” Ermm, I’m better don’t talk so much of this movie lahh, If those of you who are still haven’t watch this movie yet , I think u can go to cinema to check this out now. And then you will know how is the love story of the Joy Chou with Anne Suzuki in the movie.

Higher target for July

Last month David was set the profit target to me about RM6000 and want me to hitz the target. Well, I’m was hitz over the target to get the RM6200++ for the profit. However, David said it wasn’t very well, coz he want me to hitz as much as possible. Thus, David was set the higher target to me on this month about RM7000. Wow, it really really a tough challenges for me lehh.. Coz I’m just a part timer, and he expect me to hitz over the target to RM7000 on this month…/ There was a secret that David told me, he said if I can hitz over the target around Six thousands plus to Seven thousands, then he will suggest to Michael ( bos) to increase my salary from RM5 perhour to RM 6.50 perhour. Well, its actually quite a good offer to me also. Anyway, I will try my very best to hitz over the target as much as possible to get the increase on my salary. ( God Bless You Leven.) I will always remember a proverb that people use to said : “IF YOU THINK YOU CAN, YOU CAN !!” I hope so.

Exam finished

Today is the last day for the June exam. When I going to the college in the morning, the Lrt were suddenly having some problem. There was all the train had gone to the KL, so there was not enough train to go out to KL at that moment. It was caused me late to attend to my exam at 9am. When I reached to the college was already 9.10am. I quickly go into the classroom and find my place to sit down to do for my exam. Well ! when I open the question and see, I was just stared at the question paper only. Coz it wasn’t easy on this paper. I also wasn’t doing well on this paper. And now I still worrying about it…When after the exam, some of us are went to the cinema at KLCC. we are actually decided to watch the Initial-D, but it was full booked on that day, thus we change to watch the “ War Of World”. Tom Cruise is the main actor on this movie. But it wasn’t very interesting to watch this movie. ERmm… how to say lehh!! The beginning is quite bored actually, when comes to the middle part, it was quite amazing, but when comes to the end it was just a very simple ending only. I don’t know how you guys think of this movie , hehe!!

First Exam

Today is the first day of the exam. The first paper that we took is the Personal Selling subject. The question was not so difficult. I had answered all 5 question, but I don’t know whether the answer is complete or not. Coz I has some point are forgot to write in some question. And now we are waiting for the next paper on this Thursday. That will be the Marketing research subject.

Prom Night Cancel

I went to the student council meeting today. And I heard a bad news from Mr Lonnie in this meeting. There is the Systematic Prom night will going to cancel. This is due to the ticket was no response, until today we only had sold 6 to 7 tickets, and then the date is coming soon. Mr Lonnie are worrying about the ticket will not able to sell to 200 people within this 3 weeks time, so he decided to cancel this prom event. Ohh!! I’m so sad when I heard this prom event will going to cancel, I really don’t know how to tell my friends about this, coz already have many friends are thinking want to go for this event, but now I going to let them know this prom night will be cancel , I think they will so surprise lahh!! I really really don’t know how to face to them now.

LAst day In ICTS fair

Today is the last day of the ICTS computer fair in PWTC. Today’s sales was quite ok only, not so good. Coz today we had only sold 9 units of the NEC notebook. But there is 3 customers which had paid the deposit and will come to collect the notebook on tomorrow. Coz all of this customers are want to go for the easy payment but there are have to adjust their amount in their account then only they can swipe the card to go for the easy payment. And one of my customer was paid RM100 and he said he will come to collect on next month. OMG !! I’m so surprise, why are he must wait until next month then only come to collect the notebook? I’m really don’t understand what happening with him. But I also didn’t ask why. I’m just let him know that we hopefully he can come to collect his notebook as soon as possible. Coz we don’t want to keep the stock for so long in the store room. Oh ya, today my sales is only 3 units of the NEC notebook. The top sales person in this 3 days is go to Azlan. Coz he had sold 8 units of the NEC notebook in this 3 days ICTS fair. While I’m the second, I had sold 5 units of the NEC notebook. Haha.. its actually quite bad also. But then all this 5 units of the notebook sold are getting quite a lot of profit margin to compare with the past Pc fair. I sold 6 units in the past Pc fair also can’t get so much of the margin. Azlan is the only one person who are doing for the admins in HQ. And the rest of us are the actual sales person in the showroom. But Azlan’s sales was the best around all of the sales guys in this ICTS fair. I’m very proud of him lahhh.. He talked to the customer was so relaxing, then he can closed quite a lot of sales. But this time, the rest of us talked so much with the customers, and just only a few of customer are really comes back to buy from us. * Sigh*…its really really upset lahh me. Michael said next week our company will have another fair at Mid Valley to sell the Sony Vaio notebook and the Cybershot digital camera, but they haven’t confirm yet.

ICTS Fair ( Low Sale)

I thought today is Saturday, then there will be more people comes to the computer fair to buy the notebook. However, I never expect it today I was only had sold one unit of the NEC notebook in this afternoon. Oh My god !! *Sigh/* last time the Pc fair I was sold at least 3 units on the Saturday, but this time I only can sell one unit of the NEC notebook. And the total of our today's sales, is only 7 units of NEC notebook. Compare with the last Pc fair we were sold 17 units on the Saturday. hopefully tomorrow will can sell more unit lahh….God bless You!!

Computer Fair

Today are the first day of the Computer fair started at PWTC. Well, this time my company are also do for the NEC notebook in this computer fair, Sony are didn’t comes in. ERm.. today was very few customers came to the computer fair, maybe today is the first day, hence there is not many people know about this fair. I think tomorrow will be better lahh.. Coz tomorrow is Saturday, many students are no school, and the office is only open half day, so they maybe will come on tomorrow. Today I was only sold one unit of the NEC notebook. I hope that tomorrow will can sell 4 units of the NEC projector. Coz that is more profit margin to earn than to sell 10 units of NEC notebook. Today PWTC closed at 9pm. After we clear everything, we were went to had the supper with Michael (bos). We went to had the “Bak GuK Teh” at Chou Kit there. Hmm.. the taste was like normal only, not that so special with others. But the price was quite expensive so. After we finished the supper, Michael(Bos) was sent me and Jason back to home. Wow, this is the First time that Michael fetch me home. Well !! I’m felt so surprise and got a little bit pressure that I was sitting beside him.

A Upset news

There was a very upset news on today. That is my group’s presentation performance wasn’t very good today. Ms Sumi said that our contain are most concern on the company things only but didn’t touch more about the marketing research for the company. And then, we get very low mark on this presentation. When I heard this news from Ms Sumi, I’m felt very upset at that moment. Coz I had spent so many days, so many time to do the FLASH for the presentation but the result is not that I want. I’m really really very upset lahhh!!! Last time I presented the Sony company and I was the second best in the class. I never think that this time I changed the partner and the result is not that good so. * Sigh* This time I joined with a very potential friend to do this coursework but the result wasn’t better .These presentation will carry 25% for the exam mark. My group have 5 member, and we had chosen the company of Caterpillar for this coursework topic. Caterpillar is a construction business, it is a very famous construction company in world wide. Thus, my friend ( group leader) are decided to do this company, but all of us are actually are not really familiar with this company business also, because of the group leader have a lot of confident on doing this company, so all of us are agreed with him. However, the information that he collected was not related with the topic. All the things that we done had gone now….!!

Tummy Ache

Arhh.!! Feeling so bad on this 2 days. I’m getting tummy ache and diarrhea from the morning till night. I’m just keep on go in and out to the toilet only in this 2 days. I really don’t know whats causing me tummy ache. Feeling so tough lahh me now. Dad asked me to eat the “ Bo Jai Yun”. However, I already had had 2 time of this medicine still seen like no any result 1. Hopefully tomorrow will be feeling better, coz tomorrow have to work, if by the time I’m talking with the customers, suddenly tummy ache, I will really don’t know what can I do on that time. I’m will felt so embarrassing. “ Sigh”…

Meeting with Michael

Today I’m actually suppose to take off . But Yesterday David suddenly told us that today Michael (Bos) wants to have a meeting with us at 8pm. I had no choice, so I decided come to work in the morning, then I can straight away go for meeting at night. If I don’t have come to work in this morning, I’m still have to attend to this meeting. Coz this meeting is very important, so all of us are compulsory to attend today. Well, our showroom will be close at 9pm normally, due to the meeting we have to close it earlier at 8pm. When the time comes to 8.45pm, suddenly the customer that came yesterday and was dropped by to our showroom again at that moment. He brought along his son together to my showroom. That customer is come from India, he decided to buy a laptop from me. However, he was went to the down stair other SONY Centre which is name ( EP) company, they gave the customer with very low price for the laptop. Oh !! they gotta hell. How can they just give the price to the customer with cost to cost sell? I’m really don’t understand why!! I can’t believe that they give the price that only with the profit margin of RM 25 plus for one laptop sold. Wow…I really really don’t know how can they survive? I can’t imagine that if one laptop they just going to earn just RM25 plus, then how many of the laptop they have to sell to hit the target? I just told the customer, he can buy from there, I will not going to do this business. I only can give him with the price that I will at least earn RM130. He said no, Alright! I try to offer an optical mouse to him, and I said that the optical mouse selling with RM159 in the market now. And the Sony Website there also state the selling price with RM159 for one optical mouse. But actually my cost is RM 23 only mahh… haha!! Finally the customer was bought from me, coz he said he will get more value to buy from me than to buy at EP… I’m quite happy also, coz he trusted me. But this business is not that easy so. Coz he buy the laptop with RM6360, was used 4 card to swipe for this laptop. Aiyor… its caused me late to attend the meeting at 8pm. When we close the shop was already 8.55pm. So, all of us are rushed to the next building in a hurry. Michael and David was waiting for so long over there already. Well!! Today’s meeting, we were talked about the profit in recent month. Michael asked for do we have any suggestion that how to make the profit increase from 6% to 8%. Michael said if we all can hitz the target with RM66000 in this JUNE, then he willing to take out RM1000 for the incentive to us. And our commission will be increase some more also. Yeahh!! This is the only news that I would like to listen. After the meeting, Michael ( Bos) buy us for a supper at a Chinese Kopi Tiam restaurant. So when we eating, Michael were keep on asking us is there any else suggestion that we can make the profit increase again. Haha, I’m definitely didn’t going to talk so much with Michael, I’m just concern on my eating only. Coz I’m really really very hungry at that moment. I’m just let the other person who sitting there to give their idea to Michael. After the supper, David just send us to the KL Central’s Putra LRT and I just took the Lrt back home with Jason.

We can see some new information from this datasheet. It seems the back brake lights for the 1.3 model are the LED type which lights up faster and uses less power as well as generates less heat. This is cool!

Kerb weight for the Myvi ranges for about 900kg to 955kg for the heaviest model. As a comparison, the Kelisa is 760kg and the Kenari is 865kg.
 

The air intake sucks air from the left side of the engine bay. Actually the engine bay looks pretty cramped. I wonder if there??s space to put open pod air filters. 

The air filter box says 1.3 16V Twin Cam.

Here??s what I gathered about the new Perodua Myvi. Since the media test drive, alot of things speculated about the Perodua Myvi has been answered by the team at Perodua themselves.

Engine

The 1 liter Myvi which is the Perodua Myvi 1.0SR will be using the EJ-VE 1 liter 3 cylinder DOHC engine, an upgraded version of the EJ-DE 1 liter 3 cylinder DOHC found in the Kenari/Kelisa. When I say upgraded, I mean it comes with DVVT variable valve timing. This EJ-VE DVVT engine is also found in export models of the Perodua Kelisa intended for the UK market.

As a comparison, the 1.3 Toyota Passo/Daihatsu Boon uses the same K3-VE as our 1.3 Perodua Myvi but the 1.0 Toyota Passo/Daihatsu Boon uses the 1KR-FE 1.0 engine with variable valve timing instead of the EJ-VE that our 1.0 Perodua Myvi has. This is probably an updated 1 liter engine design as compared to the EJ series that we??re still using.

The 1.3 liter Myvi, available in 4 trim levels (1.3SX, 1.3EZ, 1.3SXi, 1.3EZi) is using the K3-VE engine found in the Kembara DVVT, which has variable valve timing. I suspect YRV Turbo halfcuts with the K3-VET in them will be even more popular now

Power output for the 1 liter EJ-VE is 56hp and the 1.3 liter K3-VE produces 85hp. As a Comparison, the Honda Jazz 1.5 VTEC produces 110hp and the Jazz 1.5 i-DSI produces 87hp too. So you can see, the variable valve timing feature on the K3-VE really makes it comparable to 1.5 liter engines not equipped with any form of variable valve timing.

Transmission/Gearbox

There are manual and automatic transmission available. The manual is a 5-speed while the auto is a 4-speed with overdrive. This should help with the highway cruising fuel consumption.

Looks like the price for the 1.3SXi and the 1.3EZ is the same. If you could only afford that much and not the 1.3EZi, would you choose an automatic transmission or the dual airbags and ABS?

The 1.3 cars are available in all seven colours but the 1.0 is only available in black, gold and silver. All the 1.3 versions have 14 inch alloy rims while the 1.0 only has steel rims. Looks like the 1.0SR is the ultra-budget version of the Myvi.

Quality Control Standards

QC, or rather the lack of QC is the problem plaguing Malaysian car manufacturers. Perodua is definitely much better than Proton in terms of quality control. And with recently being commissioned to manufacture the Toyota Avanza for Toyota, it??s factory??s QC had been beefed up so that it matches Toyota??s standards. Defect rates are currently at 0.2, which means 2 defects per 10 cars. This is a huge improvement from the rate of 2 to 2.5 per car 10 years ago.

So here you go, everyone??s questions about the prices and the models available answered! Before I end this post, let me leave you with some spyshots.



The one on the left is the 1.3EZi or one of the 1.3 models I presume and the one on the right is the 1.0SX. You can see the exterior differences for the two models. The higher spec Myvi has foglamps on the bumper but the 1.0 model does not. The 1.0 model also has wheelcaps covering the ugly steel rims but the 1.3 model has proper alloy wheels. Oh yes, check out the side mirrors for the Myvi, they have signal lamps on them. Kind of cool Yes, yes, I??m easily amused okay!

LampeBerger interview

Today I’m went to the Rachel’s office at HLA Wisma. Ermm I’m actually went there to listen for the Lampeberger business from Rachel. Well I’m actually had heard about this kind of business before. And this business is want me to take out the RM2500 to join for the member before I’m doing for the business. And then just find the member to join my down line. Then after I get to find at least 5 of my friends to join for the down line , I will get the commission from there. A lot of the people are saying that this business can earn quite a lot of money. But I still haven’t see any of my friends join for this and had successful till today. So I’m still doubting about this business whether is it really can help me to earn the money or not.

Replacement Class

Today Ms Mozly had a replacement class with us. Coz she had missed one class due to her family problems, so she replace another class for us in this afternoon. However, there is very little students were came to this replacement class today. Well, when I saw the class were so big but is only a few students are in the class, then I slowly felt a little bored in this afternoon class already. When Ms Mozly teaching at in front, I’m just listen half and other part I’m was dreaming only in the class. Then, I’m have to do the revision on this topic all over again at home now. Well.. next Monday is the Wesak Day, so the college will be close on that day, then Ms Mozly will have another replacement class for us on next Tuesday 1pm to 4pm again. And now I’m wondering will there a lot of the students come to this replacement class on Tuesday ?

Additional Coursework

Had just finished all subject of the coursework, and today Mr Pillay give us some more additional coursework to do again in this morning. Sigh.!!. have to do the research again for this coursework. The submit date is on 19th May…Wow still have 7 days left only. Mr Pillay said if we doing well on this coursework, and the top 3 students will entitled to his motivation reward later.

Wow.. I really can't believe that today I went to the Computer class to learning for the Flash, and there is one part I can't understand so I just asked the lecturer about that. But I never think that he was getting fed up on us and when I ask him the question he getting irritating on me….i really dunno what happening to him lahh.. when the girl ask him the question, he will definitely try his best to solve the problem for them, but when the guys ask him the question, he will not so willing to answer us...its really really furious lahh me… How can he be like that !!

Upset thing

On Tuesday i suddenly get a call from David, he said that he get a call from Sony Malaysia call to him to let him know have a customer complaint to Sony that saying we are cheated the customer. Coz on last month i have a customer from India came to bought a laptop from me, and i accidentally tell the customer that he buy the laptop will cover the international warranty. But it actually the promotion had been over already, so there is no more international warranty, if the customer want the international warranty he should pay for RM198 peryear. But i never can predict that the customer just only bought the laptop for a few days only, and he went to claimed for the warranty in india already. I really dunno what happened to his laptop.. Oh no...Because he can't get the warranty in India , so he send a letter to SOny Malaysia to complaint on me...Bad luck lahh me... Just accidentally made a small mistake then i have to suffer a big complaint... luckily David( my director) had solved the problem for me already... he just told me that nothing to worry about that anymore, he told me that i just have to help him to get more sales only, don't worry about that again. I'm felt so embarrasing on David now, coz this is the second time that i gave the trouble to him. And everytime he will settle the problem for me also..

Thinking of the exam schedule

The business Law's exam is at the corner now, I will have to sit for this paper on next Tuesday afternoon. And then, I also will have a Computer class to learn the FLASH in the morning, and now I still hesitating whether I gotta go to the computer class in the morning or just sacrify the class and study at home and only concentrate on the preparing for the Law paper in the morning. Hmm!! But I had paid RM450 for the computer class. It is actually quite expensive too, we are only have 5 lecture for this computer class. Tomorrow will be the 3rd lecture, and next week is 4th lecture. Well, if I sacrify one lecture, I will worry that whether I can follow the class or not….SigHHH!! really dunno what to do lahh me…….

Re-do coursework

I'm actually suppose to pass up the services marketing coursework to Mr Pillay by today morning. However, everything I did was totally out. Coz Mr Pillay was telling us that we have to choose the services company and show how they using the marketing mix of 8P's in the business. But I had chose the company that more focus on product not services. So I cannot pass up the coursework to Mr Pillay in today morning, and I have to do it all over again. *Sigh..* I had spent a few days to finish this coursework, but now I have to do it all over again…its really really upset lahh me…@@@

Today when i going to look for Ms Tan to get back my paper, i'm incidentally met Mr Raymond at the second floor 2E class. He smile at me, however when i look at him i will feel so guilty, coz Mr Raymond always said i'm his favourite student, and he putting a lot of confident on me for the Law paper. But i had made him twice felt so disappointed on me coz i failed the law paper twice . This paper is the 1st paper that failed in Systematic. And i had 2 time failed on this paper. I also duno what happening to myself, i always feel so upset when i look at this paper. I'm actually had putted a lot of effort on this paper, but still failed. *Sigh*....

Woke Up Late !!!

Today I been woke up late. I’m actually suppose to wake up at 6.45am this morning, but when I woke up and look at the alarm clock, it had 9.15am already. I hurry rushed to the washroom to clean my self, had a glass of Milo, didn’t have my breakfast, quickly comb my hair, and quickly change a tidy clothes then I rushed to the Lrt station and took the Lrt to the college. When I reached to the college I’ve been late 30mins. When I get into the class, the class had full. So I have to take a chair from other class to this class and share the place with my friends. Well, everything was alright in the morning.!!!

Systematic Prom Night postpone

Today getting heard a bad news from Marcus and Thean Kiat, And they told me that the College prom night will going to postpone to July and this April will be cancel... Oh its really upset me right now....Coz we all students councilor had did so many things and preparing for this event, but now it have to delay to July, its very upset for me to heard this news.

Exam result came out

The Feb exam result had came out in this morning. So I'm just went to college to have a look to my result when I going to work in this morning. *Too my surprise* when I look at my result, I was astonished, it was bad news to me. First, I look at the Buyer behavior, well ! I'm get a Distinction and comes to SSE I'm get the credit, but when I look at my business Law it was fail… Wow!! How come? I'm have so much of confident on this paper actually, but how comes I fail, I'm really upset at that moment. I'm really dunno why? Thus I went to Ms Norul to tell her about this, and I asked Ms Norul can she help me to call the exam department to remark of my paper. But she told me if I want to remark the paper the exam department will want to receive RM100 for the remarking paper from me. Oh!! It was so horrible, how can the remarking paper also have to pay Rm100 for that? I never heard this kind of thing before. I'm just tell Ms Norul I don't have the money to pay them, coz if they had marked my paper and they still give me fail then I will have to pay RM200 for the remarking paper and the resit paper. But she didn't say anything to me, Ms Norul just said she will tell the exam department to remark my paper. And she will let me know the answer on next week. ! Please!!! Hopefully the examiner can remark of my paper properly, and hopefully they will give me pass on this paper ,coz I don't want to resit the paper anymore.

Well, today had finished the Marketing research assignment and the next i will have to do for the Personal selling coursework and the operation management coursework. Coz both of this submission date is almost very near now... so i have to doing hard for this....i'm really so busy recently...

Became crazy

i'm very busy for doing my coursework this few week, we just received the Operation management coursework from Ms Mozly, then longer that we get another coursework of personal selling from Ms Saran again on Monday, then yesterday was received again another assignment of Marketing research from Ms Sumi. Oh!! feel so tougher right now... always have to do research from internet for the coursework. i 'm feel that i became crazy right now....

Today we start doing the Personal selling coursework. And we have to hang up this coursework by 25 April. Its quite a short period for us to finish the coursework.

Toyota won

Last class’s presentation my group had lost. Today Ms Sumi discuss about the result of the last week presentation with us in this afternoon class.. She just gave us some comment and to ask us to do improvement in next presentation. And then she just announced which group had win in this time presentation. Well she said that the group which did the Toyota company had won and they get the RM100 award from Ms Sumi

Pc fair

25th to 27th March was the Pc fair at PWTC. Of course there were so many people went to the Pc fair on that 3 days. Erm!! But this time Sony didn’t get to enter to the Pc fair exhibition. So we are only sell the NEC notebook and NEC projector. Well, the other branch was sell the Twin Head notebook at the other side. And this time I was only sold 6 of NEC notebook and 1 NEC LCD projector. Not so good in this time, last time I sell Sony the profit is much more higher than this time. SIGH!!!!

Ticket design Approval

Alright, today my ticket design had get approved by Mr Lonnie, and tomorrow i will be bring the softcopy to the college to print out the ticket. I think most probably we can start selling the ticket by tomorrow already...hopefully we will get well passion by the Systematic students lahh

An order from David

Well, i get an order from David yesterday, he asked chong and me help him to go for Pc fair to sell NEC Notebook on this Fri,Sat and Sun.. and the rest of the permanent salesperson will just stay in the showroom didn't follow David to go to Pc fair. I'm actually not really know why are David just asked Chong and me 2 person go only, and the rest will just stay in showroom on that 3 days. I think most of them are more professional than me and Chong, but dunno why David had chosen us to go for the Pc fair. Oh yeahh!! this is an opportunity for me to get more sales from the Pc fair there ....hehe!! coz Pc fair will have many people go there to look for the cheap cheap price Notebook one....it will be a price war at the PTWTC on that 3 days for all the IT companies. Wow!! it so challenging...but i like it...

Sadness news

On Monday my class has 12 students who want to change the class from Ms Mozly to Mr Pillay's class. Coz they prefer Mr Pillay teaching us the Operaton Management. So, we had prepared a list to Ms Norul. When we finished the Ms Mozly's class in the morning, she suddenly told us that her class will be change to Friday due to some schedule problem on her. She said if we cannot make it on Friday, she will try to discuss with Ms Norul to move us to Pillay class. At first 12 of us were very happy coz she willing to help us to change the class.haha!! However, Ms Norul today had told us that she not allow us to change the class, we must stay with Ms Mozly, and Ms Mozly also will not change the class to Friday anymore... Oh!!! My god, how can it be? No choice, just have to follow what had Ms Norul said...

Fight for changing the class

Well, today Ms Mozly said she want to change our class from Mon 10am to Fri 1pm. She said that she will be only teaching our class in the morning and then she will wait until the night then only have another class, so that will be nothing to do in the college if our class still going on Monday morning that she saying like this. Thus, she want to change it as soon as possible, but some of us are not available on the Friday noon, because some of us will have to work, and some of us are having another class in noon. Ermm , actually our December intake students had decided to tell Ms Norul (person who incharge the Diploma programme) that we have 12 person who want to join to Ms Pillay's class at 9am. hehe... coz all of us are not prefer Ms Mozly teaching , so we want to change... Ms Norul havent approve us to change now, she want to talk with Mr Pillay whether he accept or not first... So we are waiting her answer right now./.

First week of Service Marketing&Marketing Research

Today is the first week of the Service Marketing and the Marketing research subject. Service marketing will be teaching by Mr Pillay while the marketing research will be teaching by Ms Sumithra. Today Ms Sumi didn't start the topic with us yet, she just start discussing the Syllabus of the subject with us in the class only. And she said, that we will have one presentation of the group in next two week, and which team has does the best presentation on that day, the group who win will get RM100 by Ms Sumi. Of course, the RM100 is share with 6 people lahhh, its not each people get RM100...never has such thing happen in the class so.!! Ohh ya,!! it was one thing that made me surprised in Ms Sumi class today. She asked a question that which is the best of research agency for the companies? then one of the student was answered it true, then Ms Sumi had gave him RM10 for that true answer...Wow..surprised lahh me. Never has lecturer are willing to give us money for the answering of true answer in the class before..this is the first time.

Preparing for the Prom Night

Well, my college( Systematic) will going to have a prom night at Grand Seasons on 23rd April 2005 at 7pm...And now i'm starting to prepare for this event... today i'm start doing for the ticket design and the Poster for the Prom night to create awareness to the Systematic student.. I'm also get responsible to call for the SONY sponsorship to sponsor some Handycam or camera for the lucky draw..Wow, i have to try my very best to get this sponsor to our prom night... coz our budget is too big, so we maybe cannot cover for everything..so the sponsorship from SONY is very important to us. KAMBATEH Leven!!!

2 days 1 night trip to Genting Highland

Yesterday was went to Genting Highland with my college classmate. There were 14 person went to the Genting Highland. We're went there for 2 days one night. Yesterday we're took the bus from Terminal Putra LRT station to the Genting sky way at 9am. Then we took the Genting sky way goes up to Genting Highland. Well, we're spent whole of the noon in the Genting theme Park. And we had our lunch at First World Pizza Hut restaurant. After the lunch we went back to the Genting Theme Park to continue to playing the rest of the things. Then we go back to Hotel to took some rest, then only we go to had our dinner at 8pm at First World's food court. After the dinner, we're went to walked around the outdoor to take some pictures. We had already took so many of the pictures at genting Highland. In the midnight, Cheng Yee suggested to go to Starbuck coffee shop to have some drink, so we had sit there for a while and had some chatting over there also. Then we back to the hotel. Some of us were go to the Genting Casino whereas some of us were back to the hotel. We all woke up so early today in the morning at 9.30am. After we had clean ourselves, then we went to had some breakfast. then we went to play the bowling games at first World hotel at 12pm. Coz we get a few of discount coupon for the bowling games ( buy one game will free one game) So all the guys were enjoyed the bowling over there. After this, we're went to the Taman Cendawan to take some pictures over there. Then we left from Genting Highland at 3.30pm. When i reached home its already 5.45pm.

Celebration of Jason's Birthday at New Way

25th Feb is we sitting for the buyer behaviour paper exam. On this day also is the Jason's 21 years old birthday. So when we finished the exam at 5.30pm, all of us are went to Time Square's New Way karaoke to celebrate birthday party with Jason over there at 7pm. Well, there were 14 person went to celebrate the birthday party with Jason. We stayed over New Way to sang for 4 hours. All of us were so high and we were so enjoyed in singing over there. Of course, we will not forget to sing a HAPPY BIRTHDAY song to Jason lahh!!! He is so happy when he listened to our singing the Birthday song to him. However, Jason were sang very little in that 4 hours. It was me, Shoo Guan, Bobby, Kee Hong, Mario and Seng Chun were sang so much in that 4 hours..haha!! We sang so many songs over there. The 2 of song that we sang had made me unforgetable is F.I.R's " Your Smilling" and the Aerosmith's " Close my Eye". This two songs that we sangs were so high!! Because we just keep on imitate their singing style, so it was so funny..When we sangs and others was just sing together with us without mic. After 4 hours, some of us were went to BRJ to have some drink and some others were straight went home already.

Wow!! the Flash light from the SONY W1 digital camera is very strong... till my eyes also cannot open well...
