Today was passedby to the Petaling street, its made me feel like going back to my previous college study time. Because during persuading to my marketing course in Segi, all the college buddies might go our lunch in petaling street or walk our recreation time in here . Thus today when i passedby every place, i will automatically think back to many passed interesting moment with those college buddies.
I've been almost 4 years didnt come to Petaling street already since i graduated my degree course in Segi KL. I should find myself to get more spare time come back to visit here once a year.

Mistake..!
Urgh..!Today was really down... keep doing mistake on my task. Suppose to do it in well but i dont. I didnt did it completely and keep making mistake so much.fffff...kkk
Even though my direct boss didnt blame me or complaint me, but i felt so unreasonable to her on my mistake. She was very patient to check everything to my submission works, and waited me to amend my mistake until very late even though after the working hour.
I found myself recently didnt paying full attention and focusing completely on my works, everyday my mind is just like flying outside the degree of my works. Even my boss also asking me whether i having so many frustration things to myself, and everydays seems like keep thinking somethings in the office. Do I..?
I know this time boss didnt blame me, but if next time i might not be getting the same treating from her maybe. Definitely if the mistake keep repeating again and again, im sure others ppl also wont giving their patient again to such a person who keep making the mistake.
Tomorrow will having a short discussion with director, need to present my report to her, hoping tomorrow everything will be alrite..

An important letter from company.
Finally My trading director & my direct superior has signed and confirmed my probation on this Thursday. And currently is waiting for the HR issue me an official letter to say i am confirmed staff now.
Of course a confirmation is very important to an employee to work in a company. Some people would not really care whether they have get the confirmation by the superior or not, and they think the company would automatically confirm them when the probation is due.
Well, my company is allow me to enjoy all the benefit and remuneration even though i am under probation period. However, the bonus is not entitle to a probation staff. Thats why i am very concern to my confirmation once my probation period is over. Once i get confirmed, i would able to get the company annual bonus on next year.
Certain colleague will ask, once u sign the confirmation letter, do you get any increment of this? I can answered them =NO=, i am not getting any increment at this moment. I know some of the companies will increase the employee's basic during signing the confirmed letter.
Even though im not getting any increment at this moment, but i hope i can work harder to derive the next increment with higher percentatge. Oh ya, not only work harder to my job, i should reduce my mistake and careless on my work as well. Because lesser mistake will makes better works as well...

說了再見Say Goodbye to Uncle..! Follow winds.,..
Its just on Thursday midnite 1am, suddenly received a called from University Malaya Hospital, a nurse calling us to rush to the hospital immediately because of my uncle is in the emergency room now.
I was shocked when i received such a call from hospital. I quickly wear a jacket and then straight away bring my mum immediately rush to the hospital. I never been to this hospital before, luckily there are a consultant show me the direction, so i can have the clear direction of going there.
Just half on my way going to hospital, the consultant called my mum again, he said you dont need to rush anymore because my uncle has stop breathing.. and doctor said his life has end. My mum was really sad and astonished when hearing this news from the hospital.
From that time, i speed up my engine to reach the hospital quicklier. We cant wait to see my uncle of last chance immediately. I reached hospital about 1.40pm alredy, When the time we see him, it was only a unconcious person who sleeping on the bed. No longer can listen and speak to us anymore. Mum was very sad, even my uncle' house maid also cried very sad.
The unlucky to my uncle was there has no one relative is come to the hospital on that night, or even though the moment that we send the uncle body to the funeral on next day morning, also not even one relative came to see him last time. Its was only one cousin has came to see my uncle during the funeral.
It just a simple funeral with 2 hours the Si Fu did some ceremony to my uncle, and then just send for burning.
The third day morning, which is yesterday we went there again to collect the born and sending to port klang sea. Even this morning, there were just 3 cousin, my mum , maid and me 6 person send my uncle last journey to the port klang sea only. All my uncle's siblings was never come except my mum. Its was really sad.
After we settled all the things, we need to go uncle's house clear the unnecessary things, and all uncle's belonging until 6pm. evening. Mum has almost 3 days didnt sleep well, she looks very tired even today she still need to work.
This was the first time mum and i handle to all this things when a relative passed away. You will feel helpless when everybody doesnt give their hand to you and you just handle the funeral all this while with two person only until finished.

Finally Has Get the Album of - 超人不會飛 -**
Finally i got the Jay Chou's latest Music CDs. And this CD is brother seng chun get it from Taiwan G-music station shop. Still remember few years ago mom went to Taiwan also had get two of the S.H.E CDs for me. And this time is the second time of the CDs bought from Taiwan loh..
Well, very excited to get the Jay Chou CDs yesterday. I paid RM55 for this metal CD album, whereas if i buy from Malaysia it will cost me about RM 79. We get ran for the import tax if we buy from Taiwan direct (hehe)..
All the while from the begining also only my brother collecting to Jay Chou music album and also the Music Video DVD from its first album until now. Whereas i am only buy the latest Jay's album " Kua Shi Dai". I buy this album because i too indulge and crazy to one of his song " Chao Ren Bu Hui Fei - Superman cannot fly"
I also dont know what is the reason that caused me falls indulged to this lovely song. HEHE.. once i listened to this song, i start practicing of singing this song with Jays in the youtube. Finally i can sing for this Chao Ren Bu Hui Fei already. But when i go to KTV, i will still open Audio mode which can sing together with Jay lah...Jay guide me on singing better..(^o^) And this song also had become my first compulsory selection song in KTV currently. And i cannot miss singing on this song in KTV as well.
Hopefuly next album also can buy from Taiwan again... Oh ya, still have his music video DVD hasn't get now, Alrite... maybe next month obtained the salary then call brother seng chun to get for me again.

Tomorrow VE Meeting...
Tomorrow will having an VE Engineering meeting with Commercial director and also the trading director on the progress of the New Technology customer plan II project.
My role playing in this project is to analyse the sales data & the statistic of the GP and average monthly sell out of each stores on New Technology to present the status to all management.
I understand my role playing in this project, however there are many things is still new learning to me, and i am very caution of every step doing the report for tomorrow presentation. If the figure of the report had made the mistake, then my report will be doubtful by the management.
Thus every report i do, is to building the trust from them as well. Otherwise i'll be shooting gao gao lakk..
Tomorrow before the meeting, better show my report to my manager have a glance first. Maybe she can give me some better ideas on certain part which can be better.

5 hours singing in Redbox..
It was a hyper-realistic K-Time in Low Yat Redbox yesterday nite. I sing almost 5 hours in the K-room with Chun yesterday. Suppose our time is start from 7.10pm to 10.30pm, but duno why they suddenly extended our time until no limit. We sang until about 11.50pm then only leave the K-room.
Furthermore, Chun get the voucher discount for yesterday.. then our charges is about RM 63 for total bill, when divided to two person and each person only paid RM 31.50.
Hopefully next time we able to get such a treating from Redbox Low Yat again.
Everytime we go to the Redbox in a group, cant really sing all my lovely choice songs. But this time was really selected all my wanted songs to sing and practice in the K-room.
The feel of lesser ppl in the room, is even nicer than a big group. Because u can sing whatever u like, and nobody care about how you sing. You can put yourself hyper-reaction on your singing to the songs. Was so exciting and enjoyed my singing.

New Life in New Organisation
Been joining to the new organisation about 3 weeks already. Sofar i still didnt get much of task in the office at this moment. Just going many training, and the seminar within this new joining period only.
The working environment is given a kind of feels that many changed if compared with my previous organisation. Dont even have time to stop or even break in the past organisation. In here, maybe i still new, many things and the system i still havent can capture it, thus many things i cannot help to do for the team at this stage. Need to put more time and effort to learn and memories the step of doing every task for the team at this begining stage.
Time passed so fast as well, turn an eyes round.. and now come to the month end already. Salary out coming soon.. hehe
next month will doing a Twist programme, going training and learn operation in the store's selling floor. HR arranged me to go Cheras Xtra..

Serious Fever...
Urghh... my body is getting week and week since monday until today. Duno why the first day i was getting sore throat, then second day has recovered. But the third day come again with Flu.
One day after, my flu had get recovered. Then the fifth day come high fever again. Urghh.., i went to doctor on the fifth day morning but cannot cure my fever. Then evening 8.30pm ran to another clinic in nearby my house find another doctor check again. The doctor give me a test of AH1N1, and Aedes test. Luckily she said "NO disease".. It was so scared when i heard from the doctor suspect me of AH1N1.
The doctor give me an injection after the test. That one injection cost me RM50 one time. However, after the injection, my fever start going off already. But duno why, my head and my body is still feeling tiring and sleepy all the time now.
Tomorrow need to resume to work already, today must take very good care to myself.

Tomorrow will be better..?
Wondering the Life everyday is having up and down, it does not make ppl everyday also feeling cozy and having good time in our life. The reason of the GOD created " TOMORROW" its means that " Tomorrow will be better " such a meaning. If today you are not feeling good, tomorrow will changed.
However, ppl will need how many time of the "Tomorrow" to change their own feeling in their life? When something happened and caused you have a bad time, its not to say that tomorrow will be feeling better so easy. It may take time to digest your sad feeling and also your bad memory. Its depends on the person strenghening, some ppl only need short period , but some ppl might need many many days of the tomorrow to digest his/her bad feeling...
We can say " Life" is not easy, Life is need many stage of learning and growing in order to pass the test of LIFE... But how many ppl is actually pass the test lehh..?
and how many ppl can pass the test..?

Company Event..FB
This Friday nite was the Gi Ant Famous Brand Prom nite dinner with all the suppliers in Mandarin Oriental Hotel. This is my first time of participated to this company event.
The famous brand event was really really grand. Just looking like the Ball that i use to watch in the Drama.. And eventually i am get to involved to this kind of event in my life.
This is an event which our company to building up closer relationship and also thanks to the suppliers who stay with us for many years of making the business growth among us.
With this event, we able to see many many of the managing director and also the General manager from many different of public listed company in Malaysia. Of course, we get to see those big big guests, and able to shake their hand is because of our company background Gi ANT lahh... they give face to my company, instead of me ..haha..
Well, boss said this is a big event, all employees must attire with evening dressing. Thus i follow the instruction. However, when i came to the function, many suppliers are keep saying i look very different on that nite compare with the normal days. They keep mentioning i am doing my wedding on that nite,, Wow.. so exaggerate they saying on me. But i dont think so, if i wedding, i must be even look far more better than that night...LOL :-P
DOing famous brand function, is our Host event,,. then all of the staff is need to cheers our beers glasses with the suppliers in many many tables. Normally i only drink one or two glass in the events, but that nite i need to drink double- become 4 glasses of the beer. Urghh.. eating less, but drank more and more... make my tummy full of gas..
Luckily, i still in concious, still can drive back home. I dont like myself to become drunk, because those ppl if they in drunk, they dont even remember of what they suddenly saying so many story during unconcious condition. I know myself have many secret which cannot simply tell anyone, thus i have to control to myself not to drinking so much loh...
Suppose i dont getting myself to participate to this company event at first, because i bought the air ticketing going to Langkawi holiday, but boss said cannot.. this is a big event , one year one time only. Every staff must attend, hence i couldn't escape to this lohh...

Khalil's Concert in Genting
Khalil's concert will be having at Genting on 9th May. Yesterday was the first day started to sell the ticket. Seng Chun read from the internet, and get to know this through online. And he is cant wait to buy the ticket immediately in the first day at sg wang, i was go with him on that time.
Well, first day they sell the ticket with 15% discount, Good.. we can save more. At first i never thought i will go for the Khalil's concert before. Because i just listen to few of his song only in the CDs. Suddenly a bro came to asking me to go Khalil's concert with him, thus yesterday we went to buy the ticket already.
This month spent a lot alot.. cannot spent on others again. Have to save some money now. And also have to spent lesser on my meal, my expenses and everything. No Outside dinner, no karaoke, no shopping, no cinema, and many many things, duno whether i really can stop it to myself for this month..?

Flying to Taiwan Soon..!
Recommended Taiwan Trip From (Bro) Seng Chun.
I am quite surprise when Seng Chun text me " Wanna go Taiwan on 8-14 Jan 2011" with sms on last Sunday. That time i was remember i driving in the highway and reading to his msg. I couldnt make up of my mine on that time because of so sudden he send me the msg and i must make the decision "Yes" or "No" immediately, because they are buying the Air Ticket by online on that nite.
The first day i was telling him hold on to my ticket first, because i havent decided whether i have the budget or not. However the second day i was called back to Chong ask him to buy my ticket together as well. Luckily the price is still the same, the rate no higher than the yesterday.
Taiwan trip has actually planned on last two year until today. But never finalise when to go, but eventually today they had clicked on the Air Asia ticket already. Everyone is cannot wait to go as soon as possible now. Taiwan, we are coming now..!

Different culture need different thinking,,!
Almost half month didnt log on to my blogger already, its been a busy busy and stressful month after came back from CNY holiday. Many things need to follow up back and also many plan was last minute need to change due to some internal issue.
My management always said i am too rush for doing anythings in the company. Everything didnt follow law, and also the rules in our company. Thats why i also getting a lot of complaint and issue from the stores and also my top management.
When i too focus on expanding my department, then i accidentally neglected to promotion plan didnt doing well on it for my department. Sometimes when the issue happened, store will direct make complaint to the superior. Thus superior will questioning me of what happening to it.
Because of im new in the office, thus i cannot adapt to a new culture of Hyper style for my job scope. I still continuously apply to the previous company culture and my business thingking for my current company. But that is not true of because Hyper is different of concept and different of thinking. Therefore many things that i did is not recognise and confident by my top management.
Really really really... struggle of what i need to do and what is correct for me to do in the company. Or maybe dont even act anythings in the office? should i Just acting like an assistant follow 100% to my boss instruction on doing my job?

What Guai Lou Want actually..?
Guai Lou is always hard to understand what they want. Sometime if Guai Lou want this things to be done, and you must get it done instead of explain to him why u cannot done it. In Guai Lou dictionary is never have the words of "Cannot" but only " u can do it ".

GMS sales does not seems to be good enough at this moment, GP also didnt seem positive in the begining of this year. However, the sales is need to be justify by two month compare with last year because of last year CNY is falls on January, the peak sales result definitely will be seems very high in the January 09.
This year February is coming, the last minute sales that we need to be generate by now. After that there will be no more time for u to prove your result anymore. Whatever it gone, it has gone. The next major event is to concentrate of the Giant Famous brand event already. It will be on April, we should start prepare now.
CNY also coming soon, two weeks more count from now. Start buying new wear and new year goods now. Oh ya, it will be many of year end dinner before we go CNY as well. Celebrate the Ending of Year 2009 to chinese working ppl.
