Annual Futsal Competition

Super aching to my muscle and my thigh , long time didnt play the sport so seriously already. Saturday was just having the T'co Annual Futsal competition in Planet indoor center. The organiser is actually set the team randomly with all the team members which we dont really recognise actually. This is to purposely make us guys to have better knowing new friends and building a new team spirit within the game.

There was the 4 Group from the table, each group are have different of the teams. We're in the group C, there was the 5 teams in this group, thus we gotta play 4 match to knock out the opponent and going on to the next stage.

I really really can't imagine that our T'co is having so many of strong Futsal players also, its very hard to knock out others team to go on to the quarter semi final, can't even to do that so. We get 1 Pts in the table only, we was the bottom second in the Group C. Haiz... the result was terrible : 3-2 , 2-0 . 4 -0 , 2 - 2.   Three games lose and one Draw game only...  We started the second match not long, our captain was get injured and out from the whole games. We dont have substitute anymore, we only have 5 person just enough to the match. If anyone of us is exhausted to the energy will still need to sustain ourselves in the game until the end, cannot stop. Haiz..  no matter how, NExt year comes again... Hot Chips Team never give up..

Congratulate to team - Kopi O Kaw Kaw , from operation team.. get into Final game and get the First runner up in the game, although you lose to Finance 0- 2

How to control My sleepy habit in the working Time..?

Duno why the whole this week my brain is keep feeling tiring and sleepy only. Keep on yawning in the office, and stretching my shoulder in the office, put on the AXE medicated oil, make MILO to drink and so on. Its purposely to control my tiring face on my work.

Sometime even grabbed the after lunch time to take a short nap in the car, just to recharge my energy for the second half time in the office. Hate yawning and feel sleepy in the working time, its really causing my own unable to focus and concentrate on my daily task and the computer works, easily to make mistake since my brain is not concious enough to do the job on my table.

Any method to control my sleepy habit and to stimulate to my work mood for the next whole week le..?
