Annual Increment received..^^

Hey... received the letter from company by Thursday, its all about the annual increment for staff. Its consist of 4 different range of the increment percentage base on the staff individual performance. I am Green rating, thus I receive 4% for the increment. Beside the increment, company will be doing adjustment to those selected staff by reviewing to the market rate of salary. However, i do not entitle for this time. :-(
I am no sure others who having this, but it is very secret actually, sofar i do not heard anyone is telling that he/she has getting two letter from company..

Meanwhile, the second year firs half review of personal development eveluation is coming soon again, have to review again our first half personal performance with management now. Urghh..!! why is its feel like coming so fast 1..? Annoying..!!

Realized My weaknesses..!!

Through the Friday Merchandise planning calculation training, then only i noticed myself is really not doing good enough on my study on the necessary MP calculation, even it is a basic calculation but i am also can't even answer the question. Urghh..!! Always only Facebook and youtube, but never open the book or any exercise paper to do the revision.. And the consequence end up like this loh...
I am pushing myself to start taking some spare time to review back to those MP's necessary calculation from now ,which might be applying to my daily task in my job everyday.
