New Year with New Painting and New colourful design for my old house. Been 10 years didnt paint for my old house already. Dunno why, this year suddenly think of want to change a new colourful painting to my wall.
Main colour for this time painting is Sun Yellow, Apple Green, ligth Yellow and light chocolate colour. Kitchen and my bedroom with Apple Green design. While the living room is paiting with Yellow, Chocolate and mixes a little with Apple Green. Another bedroom and backyard are painting with light yellow. But the front door wall side is with Chocolate painting as well.
i was thought that this year is only i paint my house, never thought that my manager and few of my friends also painting their house for this year and preparing for CNY as well.
I was use about 4 days to finished the painting to my house. Here i captured some photo as a memory for 2008 and welcoming to year 2009..
TOday is the New year eve, im sure that many people will going to countdown at the center of KL, well tonite i also hanging out with my buddies for dinner to Kaki corner and maybe going countdown in sg wang..!
Happy New Eve to everyone and Happy welcoming to year 2009... May all my wishes comes true and fulfilling to all my wants on the coming year 2009...!

Finally finished the 21 New store opening
Today is the second day came back from Johor bukit indah. The friday is the opening of JaSco new store in bukit indah. This is the 21 stores in the whole Malaysia.
I was went there two times. Last week was go there for 3 days 2 nite. And this week was go there for 5 days 4 nite for the new store opening set up and preparation.
Last week was actually settle 70% for my AV department. Its just left the connection parts is not yet finish. Thus the main purpose of this week go there is to do all the connection cable to TV and the price label & POP materials.
First day opening wasn't shown many people are shopping there. Sales is not really good enough. The figure are not even have 5 thousands until 9pm. But then, around 9.30pm the crowd is getting more and more. Sales has increased slowly.
Everytime the new store opening , the small appliances sales should be tremendously better than others categories. Their sales has achieved over RM 25K when 7pm. The figure is quite far different with the large appliances and AV products.
The first day of store opening, most of the merchandisers is just stayed there until 2pm only. The bus will bring us back to KL at 2pm. Well, i arrived to the store at 8.30am, and then get everythings demo is on display, then its has be alright already. The rest just leave it to my staff to do it, such as the sales and the CDO prepartion and etc.
Around 11am, i went to survey to the SenQ which allocated at another side in JaSco. I went to survey to their price and the modelsof LCDs plasma that they have in their store. Hm.. their price didnt show attractive and different compare with us. Some of their price is even marked up higher already 1. I duno how they doing for the promotion actually, their price is doesnt have any special to the customers. The crowd over there is not so many as well. But then the environment in their selling floor is really comfortable and beautiful lahh.. this is the most attracted point to them and the customers also.
After survey to the SenQ, then i just sneaking to go shopping to the Branded Concept store and Padini concept store to check out whats special in their shop for the first day opening that day. Many things in both this shop is offering 20%, Wahh.. 20%is really worth to buy leh.. coz normally if i buy a shirt in the SEED, its would cost me about RM 109, but today offering 20% for all the Padini members. Even though i didnt have the member card, but i can register as the member on the spot for about 10 minutes for the processing time only, Its really efficiency.
CNY is just around the corner, SO we now start buying the new clothes is the good time, because if we wait until the last minutes shopping, the crowd will getting too heavy and we dont even convenience to fitting the clothes and pant if we thinking to buy.

Rob & stolen case..!
The wangsa maju area are not really safety enough recently. Many thieves cases and the rob cases was happened in wangsa maju now. Its causing the residents feels like unsafety enough due to many people was experienced with themselves of rob case over here also.
It just friday nite, my younger brother was happened a theft case to him. The case was happened in the midnite about 2.30am, he was came back from damansara to wangsa maju, he was felt a bit hungry, hence he want to buy some food to eat. He parked his car opposite the BRJ Bistro, and then walk to BRJ to buy some food and go home to eat. The process is just took him about 10 mins only. when he came back and get into his car, then only he awared that his car's mirror at behind was break by someone, and his bag which putted at the front seat, also was disappear.
He went to report to the police, the police also cannot do anythings for him. This case was made him losed up to about RM1k. The digital camera that i gave him was get stolen, purse, cash, sales report, pendrive, credit card, IC , licence, house key, wax, everythings has gone. "sigh..haih..! duno what to say, Mum has been many time keep remind him dont always go out during the mid nite, coz there is many stolen cases happened in wangsa maju recently. But my brother has never listen to mom say.
Then this time was really Gao gao..loh, everything gone, the mirror have to change a new one, the splatter mirror all inside the car's carpet.. have to clean up also.

New store AU2 opening..
Finally AU2 JAsCo new store has opened on Friday 5th December. THe first day opening was so many people shopping there, however the people who really purchasing the goods is very less. Even though the people buy, also just buy one to two things only, not much.
Electrical department also wasn't good enough. But if compare with Wangsa maju store, this store are gaining higher sales compare with wangsa maju store. THe small appliances was gained about RM40k in one day on the first day opening. while the AV is only gained about RM 20k somethings.
Many customer passedby no matter which department, the staff all must be hearing the customer complaining & keep saying that this AU2 will be closing soon 1 due to the response is not really well that they open in keramat area here.THe price for the supermarket goods also not cheaper compare with the carrefour.
In additional, customers all saying the wangsa maju supermarket are getting better sales due to the TARC students all love to shopping over the JASCO wangsa maju, but AU2 is a bit farer from their place, thats why this store are lacking of some students market in this new store in AU2.
ON the other side, the softline of cosmetic, fashion, shoes all are having special offer, thus the softline all are gaining quite high for the sales on the day of opening. Malay customers love to shop in JaSCo, keramat area is more on malay market. We can see all the customers here is 90% on malays.
This AU2 new store have many cafe and the coffee shop there, the customers who shop in AU2, they are able to get many choice of meals if they looking for food. It is such as " big Apple, Leo Cafe, Spicy Delight, Subway Sandwich, Old Town, steven corner, Teppanyaki, Starbuck, Kenny Rogers, Izzit Cafe and etc.
Overall, the environment here is quite comfortable lahh.. its just need some time for the customers to adapt here, hopefully the coming next month , the sales will increase further.
