Its been a busy and stressful week to me in jasGo. Metro prima renovation new opening on 30th Sept, so much of the merchandise need to be order to the store and we have to ensure the stock is delivered to the store by the supplier with 100%. However, it can never be so nice to us 1, there must have some suppliers will failed to guarantee their 100% delivery.
Urghh..! i had forgotten i need to order the TV rack for the display and the wall bracket to be wall mount the LCDs on the wall side. Both this most important things i was forgotten without aware it to myself also until today my manager remind me, then only i awared it. :< tomorrow suppose to be the helper in metro prima, i plan to go there directly 1, but since i have this things havent settle it yet, hence have to go back to office to do the ordering in the morning again." haih..!
yesterday was received the supplier called, she was chasing the payment from me. Well, i actually had did my job already, i filled up all the payment form and gathered the necessity document and submitted to the finance department waiting them to issue the cheque to this supplier. However, i been submitted this to the finance department almost 2 months already but the payment still havent settle it yet, cheque also never prepare until today, thats why supplier called and scolded us again lahh... Haih.. our merchandiser side is the pitiest 1, we stand at the middle the supplier always chasing us, but the finance department always said " Wait lahh " , then how am i going to explain to the supplier..? sometime i really getting bored to the jAsGO system 1, a big company like this but the operation procedure need to take so long to settle a thing.

Big team gathering dinner
Had my dinner with all my buddies at Small Genting's Gasoline tonite. We were about 15 peoples was there to had our dinner together in Gasoline.
Name list : Siang, Kian Sin, Darry, kian, Chloe, Ah La and his G/F, Chun and his G/F, SHoo Guan and his G/f, Chong and his G/F and myself.
At first, kian sin said we gotta go to kaki corner to eat steak, but at the end i asking them to change the place and i suggested to small genting 's Gasoline. The reason why i choose this place is because i love the environment over here. Still remember the first time i been to this place, is about 5.00pm, the environment is captured my eyes deeply because i can see through the KL view over there.
The first time i been to this place, the time is still early thus i can choose the table whatever i like. However tonite is saturday, there was so so so many peoples having their dinner over here also. When we reached Gasoline, is about 8pm, all tables is occupied by the guests already. If we want the table for 15 people sitting, we at least have to wait about 30 minutes. Of course we didnt wait until 30 minutes so long lahh, at first we saw a table have people left, then we take it. And slowly slow then, got 2 table is available already, and then we take it also. After 5 minutes again, there is another table is available, and then we take all the table and combine it for ourselves.
Nonetheless, during we take the table from other side and stig to another side, the waiter is not really happy with what we did actually. Still remember there is one Bangladesh waiter put his shouting on us and saying the walk way we cannot put the table there. Coz he said if we occupied the walk way there, they can't send the food to the table which behind us. Well, i dont think we has block to the whole walk way there loh, i still see there is quite a big place allow the waiter to walk through to send over the food to serve the table behind us.
Chong, siang and i were quite unhappy with the way that the waiter shouted at us, and their service is doesnt seems to be okey to us also. And then, when that bangladesh waiter sending the food to our table, but he cant see the table number, he not sure whether the food is to be serve for us or not, thats why he seems like getting a bit fed up to us on that moment when the time he holding two place of steak. It was because chew has put it aside down to the table already. Thats why the waiter can't see. And then the waiter putted his blame to us again. Well, this time Siang really cannot control his temper already and he was shouted back to this bangladesh fella of how can you as a waiter keep shouting and been uncourteousy to the guests. We coming here to give business to you and we do pay for the service tax, but your service never seems to be good to us also.
Wow, this is the first time that i seeing siang so uncontrollable to his temper and putted his shout to this bangladesh fella. All others guests is looking at our table and seeing what going on with us at our table. I tried to comfort Siang's temper and ask him to cooling his temper down.
After that, we all placed our order to the waiter, and the waiter took the order and send it to kitchen. All the steak is served on our table already, but vivian's ordering was not serve yet although she had waited for so long, and we all almost finished our steak already but her food was still havent serve yet. And then chong just checked with another waiter, what's the problem of that. Why need to wait for so long. And then the waiter asked : what are the order from vivian. Vivian aswered him that she ordered a fried rice just now. And too my surprise, the guy said the rice is finished edy, no more rice to be serve if we order. Urghh..! how can this happened to the customer 1? when we put our order , you as a waiter but never tell us on the spot that you dont have the rice to be serve anymore during we order from you./ Well, at the end, vivian said she dont want to eat again, she asked to cancel her order and dont want to find any replacement for it also.
we left the place at 10.30pm. When we pay for the bill, the boss was given us a 10% discount on the bill on that. Haha.. the boss also awared that they are doesnt serve us nice also, thats why they also not dare to charges for the service charge to us lahh.. The waiter came here and said sorry to Siang, and vivian. The waiter showed him two different receipt, one is original receipt and another 1 is discounted 10% receipt to prove it to us that they are apologize to us.
Alright, i know their service wasn't good enough to us, but i still never think of boycott their cafe and i will still coming again if i have free. Because i really love the environment there, also i able to eying to the whole KL view over there mahh..! I know sometime too many guest for them, and they sometime might can't manage to satisfy and fulfill to all customers needs as well, hence i didnt think their mistake is serious to me lahh..!

Problem..!
Just came back from Johor on yesterday. We reached KL at 6.30pm. This time trip of my store visit to johor wasn't alright to me. During the store visit to Melaka, my manager was noticed the I-gate mobile phone counter was empty without any display on the shelve for few weeks already without settle it promptly, then he was scolded me gao gao.. and then he want me to ask another supplier to replace the Melaka counter with immediately. I'm actually had contacted to the camera supplier to occupy this I-gate empty counter, however the supplier is only can come to see the place on next Tuesday, the supplier will bring along his big boss come over to Melaka to discuss how to occupy this empty counter. But then my manager still feeling wasn't nice enough, he want now then we have to do now. Urrghh..! i dont know how to solve it then if he can't wait until next Tuesday. He keep blaming me why i didnt take any further action towards this empty counter with immediately but just leave it empty until that day.
Well, it was due to too much of the task that on my hand currently, and i dont even have enough time to complete it, thus some of the things i might ommitted it and then i didnt follow up it tightly. Then this is the consequence towards me at the end lohh.
I really can't adapt to the attitude that my manager spoke to me, but then i cant do anything, because he is my manager.. i have to follow all his instruction loh. I was scolded by him quite many times already since i take over and follow up all my senior job from June since he had resign, maybe is my experience not good enough thats why he always complaint to me , and everytime i just stand there with quietly let him scold. Because i know i made the mistake, sometimes others ppl and i think the things is really nice enough, nonetheless my manager sure will find out somethings that not perfect enough to the thing i done for him 1.
Alright, he got about 13 years experience with the firm until today, i'm sure he will have his reason for every thing that he pointing out to me. Hence, i will definitely listen to him of what he telling me.
Nevertheless, i dont really comfortable with the style when the time he speaking with us. His sound is so slow and we cannot hear him clearly in most of the time he telling us something.
Sometime, when i asking him something whether i am correct on this way i done for the job or not, and he will only answering me with :" Do you think it is ok..? is it perfect enough..? is it only that you can think..? is it logic with what you think..? Urgghh..! i really cannot tahan with the way that he answer to me. I would think if my ideas or my decision is uncrorrect, then pls correct me with showing me the proper way of how i should do on that matter, rather than keep asking me back so much of the question and make me keep guessing guessing which of the part is uncorrect, which of the part is unlogical, which of the part is unperfect enough... the time when i guessing, its made me wasted quite much time already. If he can show me the correct way straight away, or show me the proper way with immediately, then i will be able to finish a task in quicklier and i will not just sitting at my place and looking to the plan and think which of the part is not wat he want.
I didnt feel comfortable and not feeling quite good to myself since i just received so much of complaint from my manager this few days, and didnt received the good treating from my manager even i had spent so much time to my office, sacrifice my TV hour to finish my tasks in the office everyday work until so late. All this is not what i want, well.. i have a little bit felt quite disappointed with what i done and what i sacrifice to the company now. Never have a good treating from the management even though i'm so serious to all my work. If some parts that i can't did it with nicely, then i sure will get shoot by my manager again...

Going to 5 stores visit tomorrow
Going to store visit on tomorrow. We will depart from HQ at 8am. THe First station will going to Seremban 2, and then second will be going to Melaka. After that, evening will be going to Johor again. We will stayed at Johor 2 nite at THE ZON hotel.
Friday will visit to Permas Jaya and Tmn University. And then Saturday morning will be going to Tebrau City until 1pm. And then we will depart from Tebrau City and go back to KL at 1pm.
I'm actually not really wish to go visit to the stores by this week, because i still having quite a lot of task havent complete yet sofar, inside my email box still have about 56 mail waiting for me to read and reply. Furthremore, i do need to prepare the Master Event plan for OCtober and pass it to all stores by next Tuesday. Nonetheless, the management had planned the trip for store visit in this week, then all merchandisers have to go also.
Suppose, the line meeting is arranged on 22th Sept, however due to the schedule is too tight, then management suddenly cancel the meeting, and we all can't wait until the line meeting then only i can pass the MEP to the line manager. We force to pass it to our manager on next Tuesday, and the manager will pass it to all stores managers during the merchandise meeting on next Tuesday.
Tomorrow will not be in the office, hence today have to rushed for complete the task by maximum. Tomorrow will not have any time for me to continue again. I have to wait until next Monday then only can continue my job again. I was do half my MEP in the office until 9.45pm today then only go back home. Very tiring now...

BBQ Gathering
Yesterday was a gathering BBQ with my previous college coursemate at OUG. Yuvis's brother has moved in to a New house in OUG last few days, then it is a kind of open house gathering BBQ at her brother house. In additional, it is Winnie and Yuvis birthday celebration as well. Oh ya, mooncake festival is around the corner also, it is consider as mooncake festival gathering as well lahh..!
i has few month didnt keep in touch with all college friends already, this time received a sms from chui mun, and she told me this BBQ gathering on this Saturday, thats why i can't miss it, long time didnt see them, damn missing all buddies. Everyone are so busying to their work all the while, thus we are rarely got time to meet up each other for frequently. Well, sometimes if they have the gathering, i would try my best to join them as much as i could.
Hmm..! can't imagine that Yuvis brother's house is so big and luxury. If i not mistaken, its cost about RM 600,000 to RM 700,000 for one unit. It is a 3 storey terrence house, the design is great, and the furniture is even expensive that i saw. 42" Toshiba LCD at the living room, Pionner home theatre system, LG high end refrigerator, and the built in cabinet stoke and oven. If i not mistaken, it worth about RM 8k to RM 10k to this built in oven. Wow.. all expensive kitchen appliances and luxury furnitures... its really for all peoples dreams house as i can say about this.
MOreover, We also do saw Yuvis's eldest sister's husband driving with a RM 300K Toyota Alfred visited to the new house as well... Wow.. My dream car Toyota Alfred.. Wondering duno when can i get all this to myself..?
Work harder to earn more money..!

cant be relax even Off Day
Today is my off day, this is the replacement holiday for last Sunday. Because i was working at Seberang Prai Jusco on Sunday even though everyone is without working.
Well, even though today is off day, but never can relax also. Started from the morning until now, my phone is keep ringing... the stores side is keep calling, suppliers is keep calling, my manager also keep calling to me even though today is my off day. Really no life if working with Jusco.
I wish to switch off my handphone so No one can call me today. However, if my manager have any urgent need to get me immediately, then i would die if i switch off my phone.. really need someone tell me what to do..
I off 3 days until next MOnday, when i get back to office, my email must be Exceeded limit already 1.. all suppliers' email keeping came in, then Monday must be not enough time to reply to all 1.

ZOHAN Sitcom..!
Today is the replacement of yesterday merdeka holiday.
Washed my car in the morning, coz has 3 weeks didnt wah my car already...
And then go for cinema with kian sin, darry, and yung chew at MId Valley at 2pm.
Today we watched " Zohan ", it is a pakistan movie.
the actors in the movie mostly is the pakistanist...
this movie is a pakistan comedy...
It was so exciting and its involved with little homosexual story..
This movie length about 2 hours
At the begining, i was thinking to watch the " Qian Bu Gou Yon II "
But everyone are prefer to watch Zohan, its more exciting compare with this Singapore sitcom movie.. then not choice lohh, i have to follow also..
