My 3rd week

Been few days didnt blog anything already. Everyday was just busy for my job in the office, when i came back to home, is already feeling tired. When i changed my career to Jusco AEON since last 2 weeks, every Saturday now are necessary to work also. Its really really tiring. However, i didnt feel stressing anymore when i get myself into AEON Berhad. Maybe is i had put off the sales job , and without any " Target " pressure again now, thats why didnt feel so stress even i worked for many hours in the office. Jusco HQ is very big, its about 300++ employees in the office now. Merhcandisers also has about 200 people already. Every merchandisers are handling different merchandise and dealing with all different suppliers. Well, my position is an Assistant Merchandiser, and now handling all 18 jusco outlets's Audio, Visual and multi media department. It really really tough. Well, at the moment i just the assistant who assist my senior on all merchandise and daily support in the office only now. Coz 18 outlets merchandise is not easy to handle, thus i still have so many things to learn from my seniors and my managers. Hopefully there will be one day i can becoming the person who can handle each department with my personally in AEON Berhad.

New environment...!

THis is my second week working in AEON Jusco already. Even though i been 7 days in AEON only, but i was getted so many opportunities to attend about 4 supplier's function on last week. Last Tuesday function was from LG, and Friday is Panasonic, Saturday was Philips, and Yesterday MOnday was Samsung function. Its really unexpectable for me u know, coz i still new in Jusco now, but i getted my senior and my manager to brought me to many function together , they were introduced so many suppliers to me during the function, its will helps me on my job in future. Wow...i really never been to the big big function like such all this ball. There is all Managers, Managing director, CEO status people comes to the ballroom, we could built closer relationship with them. WEll, i slowly getting adapted to the AEON Japanese working culture now. Anything is alright until today.

First day with New Working environment..!

Today is the first day working in AEON Jusco HQ. AEON HQ is based in Maluri Jusco. Their HQ is on the third floor car park there. But the HQ office is quite big enough when the first time i go in to the office. I guess it is at least got minimum 200++ employees working in the HQ there. Today was 5 new employees came to report in HQ. One is base on the stock control department, one is the section leader post, one is assistant of supervisor of blue wave, and another one i not sure where will him putted to. Well, i had putted to merchandiser department. Today's first day is quite different with the previous first day that i in the new office. TOday attended to the office, the HR executive are giving us a short induction session until 10.30am . And then she brought us to our own department right after the induction class. My senior had given me some of the LCD and plasma catalog for reading. After came back from the lunch, my senior start giving me some data to key into the computer , it is some order request data from the outlets, and then he want me to key in all the enquiry order to the Order system. I never thought the first day i attend to office, my superior has asked me to start doing the data key in already. WEll, i'm quite happy actually, coz at least i wouldn't feel bored if i just sitting on the table and reading all the catalog for the whole day with alone only.

The office environment and the decoration in the AEON HQ is quite different with all the offices from others companies. Coz all the tables and the chairs are small small 1, and without any particion to the employees tables. Furthermore, i never thought our manager is just sitting beside us only. While the senior manager is just sitting at behind our manager loh.. Wah.. superior also never got room also..., japanese style are really different. I quite surprise, all the decor style has follow exactly the same with the companies in the japan office. ANy way, i still can adapt to their japanese culture lah...

Dinner with Aunties Uncles

TOday visited to Ah Kan Aunty's house, was met my cousin sister and cousin brother which i havent seen them for many years already, then today met them again, feeling quite happy actually... I had my reunion dinner with all aunties & and cousins in chinese Restaurant in Seremban. There was 2 table over there, all young ppl sit at one table, while the senior ppl are sit at another table. Coz it will be easier for us to communicate mah...haha. Main course was " Lou Sang ", it is most nicely to us because CNY should have this for main dish, its means everyone "lou dou Fong san shui hei mahh lolz, second course was shark fin. Some was saying that shark fin is quite salty, while my brother said it tasteless..Well, for me, it is all just similar with that we eaten in others restaurant also loh... for food, i very cin cai 1. Dinner was until 9.30pm, quite long, coz maybe is too long we didnt see each other already, thats why we all were sitted there for very long even though we had finished our last course dessert already. After the dinner, all just go home, and my father, bro and i straight away drive back to KL lohh..

07.00pm had our reunion dinner in Seremban
09.00pm left from Seremban , back to KL

Happy Birthday To Andy

celebrated Andy's birthday in Time Square Neway at 1pm to 6pm. I was late arrived there at 2.45pm. It was because of too congested traffic in Sg.wang there. Almost every exit are very jam. After karaoke, some are planning to go Ruums KL to see Jay Chow. While i just straight away going back home only. Well, my brother are also rushing back from his office and go to Ruums KL to see his favaurite idol Jay Chow. Hmm.. actually i also wish to go there together with them 1, but i dont have the ticket, and i also duno how much is the ticket are they selling at there. Quite worry it would be so expensive for the ticket if i go, then finally didnt go loh..!

Bored Friday..!

A boring Friday, a boring wilayah day , and a boring Public Holiday today. Yesterday was went to clubbing at Poppy Garden until 3am midnite, slept at 4am midnite. Hence today was woke up at 10.30am very late haha. I had my breakfast in the morning, and then took a morning shower, and then opened my computer and do formatting to my window XP. Coz my computer are keep on restart when i using it. It was took me about 2 hours, after that, feeling tiring again... then just sleep again..lolz... 7pm, had my dinner... 9pm , go for drink at BRJ... then now just infront of my pc do bloggin..
