Different culture need different thinking,,!

Almost half month didnt log on to my blogger already, its been a busy busy and stressful month after came back from CNY holiday. Many things need to follow up back and also many plan was last minute need to change due to some internal issue.

My management always said i am too rush for doing anythings in the company. Everything didnt follow law, and also the rules in our company. Thats why i also getting a lot of complaint and issue from the stores and also my top management.

When i too focus on expanding my department, then i accidentally neglected to promotion plan didnt doing well on it for my department. Sometimes when the issue happened, store will direct make complaint to the superior. Thus superior will questioning me of what happening to it.

Because of im new in the office, thus i cannot adapt to a new culture of Hyper style for my job scope. I still continuously apply to the previous company culture and my business thingking for my current company. But that is not true of because Hyper is different of concept and different of thinking. Therefore many things that i did is not recognise and confident by my top management.

Really really really... struggle of what i need to do and what is correct for me to do in the company. Or maybe dont even act anythings in the office? should i Just acting like an assistant follow 100% to my boss instruction on doing my job?
