I feeling stress & frustrating to something lately, I use to control my feeling, and always calm myself. Im not a person who always love to share my own feeling or my personally problem or else with my buddies. Because i would think if lesser people to know it, then i do not need to keep repeating telling people of my problem if there is anyone who asking. So that i use to find my way to relaxing my pressure and hope to settle down my own feeling as well.
I noticed that if you are get into different kind of activities or any specific social event, then you will get to obtaining or experiencing some different learning to you. Its really help you on settle down your feeling too..^^
